Abstract

本实用新型涉及铜及铜合金带材的分切衬纸应运装置，具体为一种具纵剪机隔离切纸刀装置。
背景技术
铜及铜合金带材在纵剪过程中，卷材之间互相极易造成料面的擦划伤，影响产品质量。解决方案是在卷材中加衬纸，传统的分离刀和切纸刀是两套刀具，一组是平面刀，一组是带刃口的刀具，使用繁琐复杂。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决分切带材时的料面质量擦划伤的问题，提供了一种具有隔离带材和切纸功能的纵剪机隔离切纸刀装置。
本实用新型是采用如下技术方案实现的：一种纵剪机隔离切纸刀装置，包括刀轴，隔离切纸刀，轴套；刀轴上套有若干隔离切纸刀，隔离切纸刀之间设有轴套。
所述的轴套为可调换轴套，通过固定装置和刀轴连接，这样可以根据带材的宽度调整隔离切纸刀的位置。
分切带材后，衬纸放置在被分割好的带材上，带材和衬纸同时从隔离切纸刀装置内通过，带材和轴套之间压紧，带材和轴套之间的摩擦力带动刀轴及隔离切纸刀转动，隔离切纸刀分切衬纸为和带材宽度相同的窄条衬纸；带材成卷中，衬纸可以作为带材之间的隔离材料，减少带材之间的磨损，带材从隔离切纸刀之间的轴套上通过，起到稳定分切作用。
本实用新型结构简单，设计合理，可以按照要求在分离带材的同时分切要求宽度的衬纸，保证衬纸的带材的宽度能够一直，也减少了操作的繁琐程序，减轻了作业人员的劳动强度，此装置可以广泛的应用于各类带材的衬纸分切过程。

具体实施方式
安装隔离切纸刀时，如图1所示，一种纵剪机隔离切纸刀装置，包括刀轴2，隔离切纸刀3，轴套1；刀轴2上套有若干隔离切纸刀3，隔离切纸刀3之间设有轴套1。
所述的轴套1为可调换轴套，通过固定装置和刀轴2连接，这样可以根据带材的宽度调整隔离切纸刀的位置。根据分切带材的宽度要求，将隔离切纸刀和轴套按照间隔相邻的次序安装到刀轴上，并进行固定稳固，分切带材4上的衬纸5时，刀轴2靠带材和轴套间的摩擦力转动，隔离切纸刀随刀轴转动的同时将衬纸按照要求宽度进行分切。

1.一种纵剪机隔离切纸刀装置，其特征在于：包括刀轴（2），隔离切纸刀（3），轴套（1）；刀轴（2）上套有若干隔离切纸刀（3），隔离切纸刀（3）之间设有轴套（1）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纵剪机隔离切纸刀装置，其特征在于：所述的轴套（1）为可调换轴套，通过固定装置和刀轴（2）连接。
