技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种余热利用装置,尤其是一种油田联合站采油污水的余热综合利用装置。
背景技术
进入油田联合站的原油液中含有大量热污水需回注,而在原油生产中为使油水分离要直接燃烧大量的油、气,能耗大,能效低。如何高效低耗提取采油中高于40℃的污水热量,减少油田伴生气或者原油消耗成为油田重要课题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足而提供一种利用地热水作驱动源的油田采油污水余热提取装置。
本实用新型采取以下技术措施:一种油田采油污水余热提取装置,包括热污水泵、地热水深井泵、大温差吸收热泵机组,所述热污水泵的出水口与大温差吸收热泵机组的低温热源入水口相连接,大温差吸收热泵机组的低温热源出水口与热污水回水管相连接;所述地热水深井泵的出水口与大温差吸收热泵机组的高温热源入水口相连接,大温差吸收热泵机组的高温热源出水口与地热水回水管相连接,地热水回水管与热污水泵出水口相连接;所述大温差吸收热泵机组的高温热水出水口与热耗装置进水口相连接,热耗装置回水管与热耗循环泵入水口相连接,热耗循环泵出水口与大温差吸收热泵机组的高温热水入水口相连接。
大温差吸收热泵机组由一次吸收式热泵组成,一次吸收式热泵与板式换热器连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是,以高于90℃的高温地热深井水为驱动源,采用大温差吸收热泵机组,提取高于40℃的采油污水热量制取70-80℃的热水,为原油生产、集输提供热源。与现有技术相比,具有节省能源,绿色低碳环保等优点。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详述。
如图所示,油田采油污水余热提取装置,包括热污水泵1、地热水深井泵2、大温差吸收热泵机组3,所述热污水泵1的出水口与大温差吸收热泵机组3的低温热源入水口4相连接,大温差吸收热泵机组3的低温热源出水口5与热污水回水管8相连接;所述地热水深井泵2的出水口与大温差吸收热泵机组3的高温热源入水口6相连接,大温差吸收热泵机组3的高温热源出水口7与地热水回水管9相连接,地热水回水管9与热污水泵1出水口相连接;所述大温差吸收热泵机组3的高温热水出水口10与热耗装置11进水口相连接,热耗装置11的回水管12与热耗循环泵13入水口相连接,热耗循环泵13出水口与大温差吸收热泵机组3的高温热水入水口14相连接。
大温差吸收热泵机组3由一次吸收式热泵15组成,一次吸收式热泵15与板式换热器16连接。
本实用新型的地热深井水和采油热污水作为驱动源的一次高温水17进入一次吸收式热泵机组15发生器放出部分热量,再经板式换热器16放出部分热量,此时一次高温水温度降为50度左右,再进入一次吸收式热泵机组15蒸发器,释放热量,此时,一次高温水进出一次吸收式热泵机组15后形成大温差。一次吸收式热泵机组15吸收的热量用于二次水加热升温后用于生产、生活。
本实用新型的热耗装置11为原油集输加热伴热、原油脱水加热或建筑物供暖系统。

1.一种油田采油污水余热提取装置,其特征是包括热污水泵、地热水深井泵、大温差吸收热泵机组,所述热污水泵的出水口与大温差吸收热泵机组的低温热源入水口相连接,大温差吸收热泵机组的低温热源出水口与热污水回水管相连接;所述地热水深井泵的出水口与大温差吸收热泵机组的高温热源入水口相连接,大温差吸收热泵机组的高温热源出水口与地热水回水管相连接,地热水回水管与热污水泵出水口相连接;所述大温差吸收热泵机组的高温热水出水口与热耗装置进水口相连接,热耗装置回水管与热耗循环泵入水口相连接,热耗循环泵出水口与大温差吸收热泵机组的高温热水入水口相连接。
