本实用新型涉及一种管线固定装置，尤其是一种管线固定防震夹子。
背景技术
草西联现有外输泵、注水泵及污水提升泵等大型泵共有15台，为避免泵运行时进出口流程产生振动，在悬空的管线或阀门处都预制有水泥支撑，所有泵进出口流程自2002年安装水泥支撑到现在，部分支撑由于地基下沉或振动原因与管线产生了距离，已达不到支撑或固定管线或阀门的作用，导致管线和泵产生共振，损坏泵体或流程，影响正常的生产运行。

为避免现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种管线固定防震夹子。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：管线固定防震夹子，包括固定支座、旋转螺杆，所述的旋转螺杆焊接在固定支座上，旋转螺杆上部通过螺母与U型支撑托相连接。
所述的U型支撑托槽内有减震胶皮。
所述的U型支撑托有弧度。
所述的旋转螺杆为20cm-40cm。
本实用新型的有益效果是：成本低，制作简便，能随时调节高度，操作方便，能很好减少流程及机泵设备的震动，保障正常的生产运行。
