背景技术
传统建筑物幕墙大多采用玻璃、花岗岩等制造,其共同特征之一就是自重大,对支架的承重要求高,施工不易,且经常发生掉落。目前随着我国建筑业的飞速发展以及中央对绿色建筑、绿色施工的大力提倡与发展,现在工厂化生产及环保低耗的建筑材料大量涌现,随着工艺水平的提高及相关技术规程的逐步完善,薄壁建筑陶瓷面砖的施工工艺已经由室内装修发展到室外装修,而薄壁建筑陶瓷的厚度仅仅5.5MM,重量更轻,如果能够将薄壁建筑陶瓷应用了建筑物幕墙的施工上将会解决许多问题。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术的不足,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够结构更加牢固且不易掉落的背框式薄壁建筑陶瓷干挂幕墙。
为此,本实用新型提供的背框式薄壁建筑陶瓷干挂幕墙,包括陶瓷薄板、龙骨框架和陶瓷薄板框架,所述陶瓷薄板粘帖在陶瓷薄板框架上,所述陶瓷薄板框架包括边框和竖向框条,边框和竖向框条与陶瓷薄板配合处的直角位置打有结构胶,所述龙骨框架与陶瓷薄板框架采用角钢铆固,固定有陶瓷薄板的相邻陶瓷薄板框架的接缝处注有结构胶。
在本实用新型中,采用粘帖的方式将陶瓷薄板固定在陶瓷薄板框架上,再将陶瓷薄板框架采用角钢固定在龙骨框架上,这种固定方式的结构较为牢固,不易脱落,且容易施工。

如图1、图2所示,本实用新型提供的背框式薄壁建筑陶瓷干挂幕墙,包括陶瓷薄板1、龙骨框架2和陶瓷薄板框架3,所述陶瓷薄板1采用双面胶粘帖在陶瓷薄板框架3上,所述陶瓷薄板框架3包括边框和竖向框条,边框和竖向框条与陶瓷薄板1配合处的直角位置打有结构胶,所述龙骨框架2与陶瓷薄板框架3采用角钢6铆固,所述角钢6的铆固处在陶瓷薄板框架3的上端,固定有陶瓷薄板1的相邻陶瓷薄板框架3的接缝处注有结构胶。
如图1、图3所示,为了使陶瓷薄板框架在龙骨框架上的设置更加牢固,所述龙骨框架2上设置有挂槽7,所述陶瓷薄板框架3上部内侧带有挂钩8,挂钩8挂入挂槽7内。
