背景技术
随着我们幕墙技术的发展，其应用越来越广泛，人们对幕墙的各项性能要求也越来越高。现在技术中，幕墙的玻璃之间往往采用泡沫条进行密封，现有的泡沫条一般为圆型，在定位时比较困难；而且采用耐侯胶进行密封时会产生耐侯胶深浅不一的情况，既浪费胶水又难以保证施工质量，造成漏水隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种幕墙泡沫条，方便施工嵌入以及接触定位；同时还可以节约用胶量，提高安装效率和施工质量。
按照本实用新型提供的技术方案，一种幕墙泡沫条，包括泡沫条本体，特征是：所述泡沫条本体的横断面呈梯形；所述泡沫条本体小端的端面为平面，大端的端面为平面或为向外凸出的圆弧面。
所述泡沫条本体大端的端面和小端的端面与两侧面的连接处呈圆弧过渡。
本实用新型所述的幕墙泡沫条方便施工嵌入以及接触定位，同时还可以节约用胶量，提高安装效率和施工质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1～图3所示：所述幕墙泡沫条包括泡沫条本体1、大端2、小端3等。
如图1所示，本实用新型包括泡沫条本体1，泡沫条本体1的横断面呈梯形；所述泡沫条本体1小端3的端面为平面，大端2的端面为平面或为向外凸出的圆弧面，保证了胶厚又大大节约用胶量；
所述泡沫条本体1大端2的端面和小端3的端面与两侧面的连接处呈圆弧过渡。
在使用时，如图3所示，将本实用新型所述的泡沫条本体1的小端3朝向铝合金型材，泡沫条本体1的大端2朝向外侧，泡沫条本体1的大端2嵌入相邻两块中空玻璃之间，再在泡沫条本体1大端2的端面用耐侯胶密封。本实用新型由于与两块中空玻璃接触的表面为斜平面，并且小端3朝内、大端2朝外，可以方便施工嵌入，又可以接触定位，保证了统一的嵌入深度。本实用新型能够节约用胶量，可以节省40%的胶水，同时大大提高了安装效率和施工质量。

1. 一种幕墙泡沫条，包括泡沫条本体（1），其特征是：所述泡沫条本体（1）的横断面呈梯形；所述泡沫条本体（1）小端（3）的端面为平面，大端（2）的端面为平面或为向外凸出的圆弧面。
2.如权利要求1所述的幕墙泡沫条，其特征是：所述泡沫条本体（1）大端（2）的端面和小端（3）的端面与两侧面的连接处呈圆弧过渡。
