本实用新型涉及一种注水泵用工具，尤其是一种注水泵紧盘根压盖工具。
背景技术
草西联合站注水班每天运行四台注水泵，每天平均运行时间为82小时。由于长时间运行，泵盘根出现松动，密封涵会产生漏失现象，需要及时紧固。班组原来一直使用一个自制旧的盘根压盖紧固器，使用过程中容易打滑，不好固定，手柄太短，无法加力，在现场应用中存在安全隐患，不能达到标准化操作的要求，往往因紧固不到位而造成柱塞泵盘根刺漏严重、损坏柱塞杆的现象，不仅增加了工作量，还增加了职工的劳动强度；也不利于安全生产运行。

为避免现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种注水泵紧盘根压盖工具。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种注水泵紧盘根压盖工具，包括月牙弧、压盖卡箍组成，月牙弧与压盖卡箍为一体，月牙弧上一侧装有一锁定螺母，压盖卡箍通过焊接与支撑杆连接，所述支撑杆为内螺纹与旋转手柄的外螺纹相匹配，旋转手柄的上方为手柄。
