本实用新型涉及的是化工领域,具体是丁醇新型环保加热置。
背景技术
丁醇的沸点在115℃左右,在精馏过程中,需要进行加热升温,使其变为气态与其他杂质分离,传统的加热方式有电加热、蒸汽加热,其有燃烧过程,产生碳的化合物和粉尘,不但会增加PM2.5的数值,并且对环境有很大的污染,加剧热岛效应现象的发生,而导热油是一种热量的传输介质,其具有加热均匀,调温控制准确,能在低蒸汽压下产生高温,传热效果好,节能,输送和操作方便等特点,另外超导管具有快速传热的功能,能提高热交换的速率,改变现有化工反应釜、烘干器等设备常年用蒸汽加热的方法,节省时间、,提高产量。发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提供了丁醇新型环保加热装置。
本实用新型所述的一种丁醇环保加热装置,包括天然气、天然气加热装置、导热油、超导管、丁醇精馏塔、热电偶、温控器。天然气与天然气加热装置相连;天然气加热装置与温控器和导热油连接;导热油与超导管连接;超导管与丁醇精馏塔连接;丁醇精馏塔与热电偶连接;热电偶与温控器连接。工作时 ,将温控器设定为115℃,当精馏塔内温度低于115℃时,热电偶感知温度后将信号传给温控器,从而打开天然气加热装置给导热油槽加热,通过超导管传热给精馏塔使丁醇蒸发;当温度高于115℃时温控器收到信号关闭天然气加热装置,停止加热。
    本实用新型的效果是:加热速率明显提高,节约了时间,提高了产量,耗能少、使用方便。

 如图所示,天然气与天然气加热装置相连;天然气加热装置与温控器和导热油连接;导热油与超导管连接;超导管与丁醇精馏塔连接;丁醇精馏塔与热电偶连接;热电偶与温控器连接。工作时 ,将温控器设定为115℃,当精馏塔内温度低于115℃时,热电偶感知温度后将信号传给温控器,从而打开天然气加热装置给导热油槽加热,通过超导管传热给精馏塔使丁醇蒸发;当温度高于115℃时温控器收到信号关闭天然气加热装置,停止加热。
