目前市场上的电器上的连接电源电器的插座.插排均是盒状，在盒子的端面上有插销的插入孔，插销是在插头上突出插销，以上的结构缺陷是：在插入或拔出插销时，手容易触及插销，尤其是儿童的手小，更容易触及插销，存在触电的危险因素。 
实用新型内容：
本实用新型是为了克服目前插座.插排.插销在插入或拔出插销时，手容易触及插销，存在触电的危险因素这一缺陷而提出的，为了实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案：由二种结构组成.包括：凸状插座.插排.凹状插销。 
第一种是凸状插座，由凸状插座或凸状插排的母盒和凸出母盒的凸盒组成，第二种是：凹状插销，凹状插销是因安全罩把插销包进去，形成凹状，使用时，把凹状插销插入凸状插座或插排，凹状插销接触插座或插排的插孔的同时，凹状插销的安全罩已与凸状插座或插排吻合，手指接触不到插销，等到全部插入时，凹状插销的安全罩全部罩住凸状插座或插排的凸状部分，不仅防触电，亦防止雨水淋入。凹状插销的安全罩的形状根椐凸状插状插座，插排的大小形状确定。安全罩可以与凹状插销制造成一个整体结构。也可以制造成分离组合结构，在确定使用方式时，再把插销和安全罩组合成凹状插销使用。凸状插座，插排的凸状盒数量，可以根椐需要做出，本实用新型对此没有要求。
