背景技术
众所周知，激光打印机是通过充电曝光、显影、转印、定影、清洁、销电等步骤完成文字或图像的输出。硒鼓是激光打印机的重要部件，而显影辊又是硒鼓的重要零部件。
然而，现有的显影辊存在成本高、重量大、导电性能差的技术缺陷。
发明内容
本实用新型就是为了解决现有的显影辊成本高、重量大、导电性能差的技术问题，提供了一种成本低、重量轻、导电性能更好的空心显影辊装置。
本实用新型提供的空心显影辊装置，包括中空铝合金管，中空铝合金管上设有橡胶层；中空铝合金管的一端设有左铁轴堵头，另一端设有右铁轴堵头；左铁轴堵头、右铁轴堵头和中空铝合金管之间设有胶粘层；右铁轴堵头的左端为装配部，右铁轴堵头的右端设有装配台，右铁轴堵头的右端尾部设有凹槽。
本实用新型的有益效果是，降低制造成本，降低了产品重量，增强导电性能。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型包括中空铝合金管1，在中空铝合金管1上设有橡胶层2，中空铝合金管1为空心管。
左铁轴堵头3的右端部为装配部，左铁轴堵头3的装配部插入中空铝合金管1的一端。右铁轴堵头4左端为装配部，右铁轴堵头4的装配部插入中空铝合金管1的另一端。左铁轴堵头3的装配部和右铁轴堵头4的装配部与中空铝合金管1的内壁用胶粘接在一起。
如图2和图3所示，右铁轴堵头4的左端为装配部7，右铁轴堵头4的右端设有装配台5，右铁轴堵头4的右端尾部设有凹槽6。装配部7的外径大于右铁轴堵头4其他部位的外径。
同样，左铁轴堵头3的装配部的外径也大于左铁轴堵头3其他部位的外径。
本实用新型在制造时，先在左铁轴堵头3和右铁轴堵头4的装配部上涂胶，分别插进中空铝合金管1的两端胶粘固定连接好,然后在中空铝合金管1外层包裹橡胶,最后进行研磨加工成型。
