背景技术
喷带机喷带过程中，直接将钢液经喷管作用与喷头进行喷带，这种直接作用方式对于碰头是一种极大的伤害，同时在喷带过程中也会因为压力不稳，直接影响喷带质量。

本实用新型所解决的技术问题在于提供一种带整流罩的喷带用喷嘴包，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

一种带整流罩的喷带用喷嘴包，包括喷嘴、喷嘴套、整流罩、喷管、缓冲腔、缓冲孔、喷口、喷嘴槽，所述喷管连接喷嘴套，喷嘴套底面上设置喷嘴槽，喷嘴槽内设置有喷口，所述喷嘴槽连接喷嘴，所述喷嘴套另一面连接整流罩，整流罩设置在喷管内，整流罩表面设有缓冲孔，所述喷嘴套和整流罩内设有缓冲腔，缓冲腔一端连接整流罩表面的缓冲孔，缓冲腔的另一端连接喷嘴槽内的喷口。
该装置将来自喷管中带有不稳定压力和流速的钢液，经整流罩上的钢液缓冲孔，将钢液的不稳定压力和流速在缓冲腔内得到稳定，再从喷嘴槽内的喷口喷入喷嘴，相对于喷管直接喷入喷嘴，该技术减小钢液对喷嘴的冲击力，并且稳定了钢液流速，使得钢带成型更加完美。

该装置将来自喷管4中带有不稳定压力和流速的钢液，经整流罩3上的钢液缓冲孔6，将钢液的不稳定压力和流速在缓冲腔5内得到稳定，再从喷嘴槽8内的喷口7喷入喷嘴1，相对于喷管4直接喷入喷嘴1，该技术减小钢液对喷嘴的冲击力，并且稳定了钢液流速，使得钢带成型更加完美。
