一种喷嘴包中钢液过滤装置，包括过滤装置主体、滤液区、滤液出口、滤网、滤渣网、过滤区，所述过滤装置主体内设有滤网，所述滤网一侧为滤液区，另一侧过滤区，所述滤液区底部设有滤液出口，所述过滤区上设置有滤渣网，所述滤渣网通过螺栓与滤装置主体的边缘连接。

该过滤装置，将钢液从过滤区6倒入，经滤渣网5将大块滤渣过滤，防止滤渣附着在滤网4上堵塞滤孔，所述滤渣网5通过螺栓8固定在过滤装置的边缘7上不与滤网接触，使得经滤渣网5过滤后的液体，在经滤网4过滤进入滤液区2，最后过滤好的滤液经滤液出口3进入喷嘴包，提高滤液的纯净度，所述的滤渣网5结构简单，拆卸方便，延长了滤网的使用寿命，从而提高了过滤装置的使用寿命。
