现有的电容器一般采用隔膜纸作为电容器隔膜,将隔膜纸放在正极极片和负极极片中间,用来起隔离、绝缘作用。
但是隔膜纸制成的超级电容器性能差,电容容量低,充放电效率低,严重影响了超级电容器的应用。
实用新型内容
针对上述不足之处,本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种超级电容器,该超级电容器超级电容器性能好,电容容量高,且充放电效率高。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种超级电容器,包括正极极片、负极极片及设置在所述正极极片和负极极片中间的隔膜,所述负极极片和负极极片上分别设置有极耳,所述隔膜为琼脂膜。
作为优选,所述琼脂膜厚度为10-50um。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果在于:因为采用琼脂膜作为超级电容器隔膜,由于琼脂膜电阻小、隔离性好,且具有一定的机械强度,组织成份均匀,因此制成的超级电容器性能好,电容容量高,且充放电效率高。

如图1所示,一种超级电容器,包括正极极片1、负极极片2及设置在正极极片1和负极极片2中间的隔膜3,负极极片1和负极极片2上分别设置有极耳4,隔膜3为琼脂膜。
琼脂膜厚度为10-50um较好,这样的隔膜3一方面可以有良好的隔离和绝缘效果,另一方面电阻小,这样制成的超级电容器性能好,电容容量高,且充放电效率高。

1.一种超级电容器,包括正极极片、负极极片及设置在所述正极极片和负极极片中间的隔膜,所述负极极片和负极极片上分别设置有极耳,其特征在于:所述隔膜为琼脂膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超级电容器,其特征在于:所述琼脂膜厚度为10-50um。
