背景技术
常规的燃气有天然气、煤气、液化石油气等燃气,使用普通燃气灶其实有将近一半的燃气被白白浪费掉了,燃气被浪费的主要原因就是燃烧不充分,亦称为“化学热损失”,未被烧尽的燃气热能被白白浪费了,且由于燃烧不充分,还会产生一氧化碳等有害气体,对人体造成危害。

本实用新型针对以上问题的提出,而研制水能源氢氧混合炉具。
水能源氢氧混合炉具,包括压力控制仪;压力控制仪连接电解槽,电解槽连接电控单元,电解槽连通气体冷却瓶,电解槽连通补水泵;水箱连通管路一,管路一上具有电磁阀,管路一通过三通与补水泵及气体冷却瓶连通;电磁阀连接电控单元,补水泵连接电控单元,管路二连通减压阀一,减压阀一连通流量计一, 流量计一连通比例阀二, 比例阀二连通单向混合器的一个进气管, 比例阀二连接电控单元;气体冷却瓶连通减压阀二, 减压阀二连通流量计二, 流量计二连通比例阀一, 比例阀一连通单向混合器的另一个进气管;流量计二连接电控单元,比例阀一连接电控单元。
本实用新型原理及有益效果:水能源氢氧混合炉具由电控单元、电解槽、压力控制仪、补水泵、水箱、气体冷却瓶、电磁阀、减压阀及流量计、单向混合器等多个部件组成。电控单元控制连接电解槽,由电解槽产生氢氧混合气体,通过压力控制仪控制气体压力输出,经气体冷却瓶后,水蒸气被过滤输出干燥纯净的氢氧气体,经流量计二和比例阀一,流向单向混合器;燃气经减压阀一、流量计一和比例阀二流向单向混合器,由电控单元自动控制流量计及比例阀工作状态及比例,通过单向混合气将燃气及氢氧混合气进行混合至炉具燃烧,由于氢氧气具有燃烧催化性,混合后的燃料燃烧效率更高,更节能,并且燃烧后污染少,更加安全环保。
有益效果:
1.节能:产品使用氢氧气混合传统燃气燃烧,提高传统燃气的燃烧效率,同时大幅减少了传统燃气的消耗。
2.高效:由于采用了先进的气体比例混合装置,系统在不同时间段以及调节火焰大小都可以保持充分的燃烧状态,满足了各种烹饪方式对高强度火力的需求。
3.安全:混合氢氧气燃烧大大减少了温室气体二氧化碳的排放,也因为混合燃烧更充分杜绝了有毒气体一氧化碳的产生。由于氢氧气具有热能集中的特点,所以让使用者远离了高温作业的烦恼。
4.环保:水能源混合炉具系统环保清洁,无污染,气体燃烧后二氧化碳排放量显著减少,也避免了因不充分燃烧而产生的一氧化碳,有效改善家居生活空气质量,保证家人身体健康。
