技术领域
本实用新型专利涉及建筑机械领域，主要用于避免大型履带吊钢丝绳旋转造成绞绳的现象。
背景技术
大型履带吊为吊装必备机械，目前国内大部分履带吊生产商为了方便履带吊工况变更过程中钢丝绳穿绕，多采用钢丝绳绳头自由的方式进行固定。
由于履带吊在使用过程中钢丝绳不断放松与受力导致钢丝绳旋转造成钢丝绳绞劲严重。钢丝绳绳头采用自由方式进行固定导致钢丝绳在绞劲严重，钢丝绳绞绳之后，为了较少钢丝绳因起升或者下降造成磨损，需要将钢丝绳进行破劲。绞劲严重时，需要将钢丝绳从吊钩抽出进行破劲。破劲时还需要正确判断破劲方向。抽绳破劲会浪费很多人工，且不能保证应力完全消除，时间不长就会重新出现应力，导致绞绳。
发明内容
本新型防转器的目的在于提供一种简单、易于操作的钢丝绳防转器，防止钢丝绳进一步绞劲。
钢丝绳防转器包括钢丝绳楔套和防转器螺杆部分，所述钢丝绳楔套中开有与钢丝绳锁头配合的内孔，所述防转器螺杆部分依次穿过钢丝绳楔套中的钢丝绳锁头和防转器压板后，在防转器螺杆部分的端部配合有M10压板螺母。
螺杆部分由δ＝10mm的钢板，铁块，长度120mm的M10螺栓杆焊接在一起。防转器压板部分由δ＝10mm的钢板与δ＝6mm的钢板制作的两块50mm×10mm的立筋板焊接在一起，并在钢板中间开一个直径10mm与M10螺栓相配合的孔。
本实用新型具有以下技术优点：
1、重量小，拆装方便快捷；
2、可以长期反复使用；
3、不对钢丝绳造成任何损坏，且减少了钢丝绳绞绳的几率，降低了使用成本。

具体实施方式
本新型钢丝绳防转器由防转器螺杆部分7和压板部分组成。防转器螺杆部分7中结构1为δ＝10mm的钢板，结构2为图中形状的铁块，结构3为M10的螺栓杆，长度为120mm；防转器压板部分中结构1为δ＝10mm的钢板，结构2-2为使用δ＝6mm的钢板制作的两块50mm×10mm的立筋板。
安装时根据钢丝绳捻向顺捻一圈后将钢丝绳锁头8放至钢丝绳楔套6内部后，使用防转器螺杆部分7穿过锁头端部圆孔与钢丝绳楔套6，通过防转器压板5中部圆孔后，用M10压板螺母4将长度为120mm的M10螺栓杆3紧固，防止钢丝绳发生旋转现象。

1.一种履带吊主钩钢丝绳防转器，其特征在于，所述防转器包括钢丝绳楔套和防转器螺杆部分，所述钢丝绳楔套中开有与钢丝绳锁头配合的内孔，所述防转器螺杆部分依次穿过钢丝绳楔套中的钢丝绳锁头和防转器压板后，在防转器螺杆部分的端部配合有M10压板螺母。
2.根据权利要求1所述的履带吊主钩钢丝绳防转器，其特征在于，防转器螺杆部分由δ＝10mm的钢板，铁块，长度120mm的M10螺栓杆焊接在一起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的履带吊主钩钢丝绳防转器，其特征在于，防转器压板部由δ＝10mm的钢板与用δ＝6mm的钢板制作的两块50mm×10mm的立筋板焊接在一起，并在钢板中间开一个直径10mm与M10螺栓相配合的孔。
