现有技术中,润滑油管道的清洁系统主要为机械清理和压缩空气吹扫清理系统,机械清理费时费力,压缩空气清理系统需要要多次进行吹扫,效率低,成本高。

为了解决以上技术问题,本实用新型提供了以下技术方案: 
一种润滑油管道的清洁系统,包括空压机和管道,管道两端带有法兰,管道一端的法兰通过螺栓与另一法兰将爆破板固定于两个法兰中间,管道另一端的法兰与带有小于管道直径圆孔凸缘的法兰通过螺栓固定在一起,空压机与带有小于管道直径凸缘密封连接。 
通过以上系统空压机通过压缩空气将气流导入管道,当管道内的气压大于爆破板所能承受的气压时,爆破板将会破裂,管道内的压缩空气将管道内的杂物排出管道,此方法操作简单方便、清洁更为干净、成本低。

实施例1: 
一种润滑油管道的清洁系统,包括空压机和管道,管道两端带有法兰3,管道一端的法兰通过螺栓1与另一法兰将爆破板2固定于两个法兰中间,管道另一端的法兰与带有小于管 道直径圆孔凸缘4的法兰通过螺栓固定在一起,空压机与带有小于管道直径凸缘密封连接。空压机通过压缩空气将气流导入管道,当管道内的气压大于爆破板所能承受的气压时,爆破板将会破裂,管道内的压缩空气将管道内的杂物排出管道。 
以上实施例中的空压机可以根据管道直径的大小和所要达到的清洁程度选择合适压强的空压机,同时爆破板也可以根据实际需要选择合适的材料如纸板、薄铁片、木板等。

1.一种润滑油管道的清洁系统,包括空压机和管道,管道两端带有法兰,管道一端的法兰通过螺栓与另一法兰将爆破板固定于两个法兰中间,管道另一端的法兰与带有小于管道直径圆孔凸缘的法兰通过螺栓固定在一起,空压机与带有小于管道直径凸缘密封连接。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的润滑油管道的清洁系统,其特征在于爆破板为薄铁片、木板或者纸板。
