Abstract
一种微小型水轮机,金属机壳的上面有盖板、进水管、机壳、尾水管共同组成封闭式连通体结构,进水管口处水头的势能几乎全部作用于叶轮上,效率比敞开式机壳的水轮机提高10%左右,且无需构筑拦坝、水槽等水工建筑,只要0.7米以上水头将地脚固定便可使用,造价较低、安装方便、特别适用于农村山区单家独户用于发电、碾米、抽水等。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种水轮机,特别是一种低水头微小型水轮机,用于带动微小型发电机、碾米机、抽水机等机械。
公知的低水头微小型水轮机由主轴、叶轮、机壳和尾水管组成,机壳用金属或水泥做成,上面是敞开的,因而不能利用水流的全部势能,效率较低;同时安装时必须构筑拦坝、水槽等工程量较大的水工建筑,总造价较高且安装不方便,这是其缺点。
本实用新型的任务是提供这样一种微小型水轮机,效率较高,总造价较低且安装方便。
本实用新型的任务是用如下方式实现的:在金属机壳的上面加密封板,将机壳封闭即不敞开,并用封闭式的进水管与机壳和尾水管一起组成一个封闭式连通整体,即除进水管口和尾水管口供水流进出外,整个系统是封闭的,水流不能进出。这样,只要有足够的水量,水头的势能几乎全部作用到叶轮上,从而可提高效率10%左右,只要0.7米水头便可用于发电,由于整机组成了封闭式连通整体,无须构筑拦坝、水槽等水工建筑,只需将机壳上的地脚固定即可,因而总造价降低,安装较方便,这是本实用新型的优点。

如图所示:机壳(2)上面有密封板(7)而不敞开,进水管(1)、机壳(2)和尾水管(6)组成为一个封闭式连通体结构。即除了进水管口和尾水管口供水流进出外,整个系统对水流是封闭的,这样,只要流量足够大,进水管(1)进口处的水头压力几乎全部作用到叶轮(5)上。由于整机成为一个整体,可在机壳(2)上装上机架或地脚安装孔,而无须构筑拦坝、水槽等水工建筑,造价较低、安装较方便,特别适用于有小水流的山区单家独户使用。

1、一种水轮机,由进水管(1)、机壳(2)、主轴(3)、叶轮(5)、尾水管(6)组成,其特征在于:机壳(2)上有密封盖(7),进水管(1)、机壳(2)和尾水管(6)组成封闭式连通体结构。
