本实用新型涉及一种运用于锅炉受压件管件的手工氩弧焊对接过程中空间弯头或短管的装夹工装。
背景技术
手工氩弧焊对接管件时，受施焊料架布置间距的影响，在接入短管时不便于管件的支撑，需由一人在端部手持管件然后焊工装点。其二，在对接带空间弯头的管件时，必须由人工手持管子调整空间夹角，人力消耗相当严重。
实用新型内容
针对上述存在的技术问题，本实用新型提供一种手工氩弧焊工装，用于在焊接时夹持空间弯头换件或者短管，省时省力。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
一种手工氩弧焊工装，包括一个可伸缩的三脚架，所述三脚架顶端设置有可拆卸的支撑架。
作为一种改进，所述的支撑架为竖直放置的“V”型。用于焊接时夹持空间弯头。
作为一种优选，所述的支撑架为水平放置的弯折，用于焊接时放置短管。
本实用新型的有益之处在于：具有上述结构的手工氩弧焊工装，解决了人工消耗严重的问题，用工装代替人工支撑，且可以根据实际情况调节工装高度，使用方便，提高生产效率。

本实用新型包括一个可伸缩的三脚架，所述三脚架顶端设置有可拆卸的支撑架1或者支撑架5。所述的三脚架包括用于支撑整个工装的三角底架4、可伸缩的连杆2、当连杆2伸缩到位后用于固定连杆2的调节螺栓3。当用于夹持空间弯头时，支撑架1为竖直放置的“V”型，以此起到对管子的固定和形成空间夹角的作用。当用于夹持短管时，可以装配水平放置的弯折支撑架5，以此形成一个支撑平面。
