Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种集太阳能光伏光热一体的太阳能平板集热器,包括整体背板,设置在整体背板内的保温层,设置在保温层上的集热器吸热板芯,集热器吸热板芯的上方间隔设置有玻璃盖板;在玻璃盖板的下方周边固定设置有一组光伏组件,光伏组件相互连接。本实用新型结构简单,在现有光热太阳能平板集热器上更改方便,成本低,同时,能够提高太阳能的转化效率,可广泛应用于对现有光热太阳能平板集热器的改装领域。

本实用新型涉及光伏产业领域,尤其是涉及一种集太阳能光伏光热一体的太阳能平板集热器。
背景技术
随着国家对低碳环保能源的大力推广应用,光热太阳能平板集热器的到广泛的应用。同时,光热产业也逐步发展起来。光热太阳能平板集热器主要由玻璃盖板、太阳能吸热板芯、整体背板和保温层组成,循环水管埋在整体背板内。然而玻璃盖板的周边集热效率低,热源利用率低,这在一定程度上造成能源利用率的下降。为解决这一问题,如中国专利申请号201210434624.5公开了一种太阳能光伏光热联用系统,包括外框,外框内设有保温层,保温层内设有光伏组件,光伏组件包括依次层叠设置的玻璃背板、太阳能电池片和金属基板,金属基板与一吸热板接触,吸热板与保温层底部之间设有若干水管,水管上端与吸热板接触,水管下端与保温层底部接触,水管中通有循环流动的冷却水,保温层上部固设有一与玻璃背板间隔设置的低倍聚光玻璃透镜。由于本发明采用低倍聚光玻璃透镜来对光线进行折射和聚光,太阳光线无论从哪个方向照射到低倍聚光玻璃透镜上,低倍聚光玻璃透镜都可以很好地对光线进行折射和聚光,因此不需要跟踪太阳装置,降低了太阳能光伏光热联用系统的生产成本,使整个系统的性价比大大提高。但该技术方案需要重新开发设计平板集热器,对于现有光热太阳能平板集热器不能有效的进行改装。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种集太阳能光伏光热一体的太阳能平板集热器,解决现有光伏光热一体的太阳能平板集热器在现有光热太阳能平板集热器上更改不方便,成本高的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种集太阳能光伏光热一体的太阳能平板集热器,包括整体背板,设置在整体背板内的保温层,设置在保温层上的集热器吸热板芯,集热器吸热板芯的上方间隔设置有玻璃盖板;在玻璃盖板的下方沿周边固定设置有一组光伏组件,光伏组件相互连接。
进一步的,所述光伏组件的宽度为130~150mm。
本实用新型的有益效果:通过在原有光热太阳能平板集热器上增加光伏组件,从而提高光利用率,结构简单,更改方便,且对原来光热太阳能的转化影响很小,可以广泛的在现有光热太阳能平板集热器上进行改装,改装成本低。

具体实施方式
实施例,如图1、图2所示,一种集太阳能光伏光热一体的太阳能平板集热器,包括整体背板7,设置在整体背板7内的保温层8,保温层8内设置有水管1和用于加热的流道2。保温层8上设置有集热器吸热板芯6,集热器吸热板芯6的上方间隔设置有玻璃盖板5;在玻璃盖板5的下方固定设置有一组光伏组件4,光伏组件4位于玻璃盖板5的四周,且光伏组件4的宽度为130~150mm,光伏组件4相互连接。
本实用新型在原有光热太阳能平板集热器上增加光伏组件,更改成本小,同时,即实现了光伏放电又实现了光热效能,提高太阳能利用效率。

1.一种集太阳能光伏光热一体的太阳能平板集热器,包括整体背板(7),设置在整体背板(7)内的保温层(8),设置在保温层(8)上的集热器吸热板芯(6),集热器吸热板芯(6)的上方间隔设置有玻璃盖板(5);其特征在于:在玻璃盖板(5)的下方沿周边固定设置有一组光伏组件(4),光伏组件(4)相互连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的集太阳能光伏光热一体的太阳能平板集热器,其特征在于:所述光伏组件(4)的宽度为130~150mm。
