本实用新型涉及机电设备领域，具体说是一种吊具，更具体说是一种同步机转子吊具。
背景技术
在同步电动机生产过程中，需要吊起同步机转子，把转子下到定子里，再将定、转子一起吊起放到电机底座上。现有的吊具采用普通吊具，在施工时往往起吊装置与定子发生干涉，施工非常困难。
实用新型内容
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型公开一种便于施工，且能保证吊装过程中的平衡的专用吊具，具体技术方案如下：
一种同步机装配专用吊具，其特征在于：包括平衡块、吊环、主体；所述主体和平衡块分别设置在吊环的两侧；所述主体为“C”型，所述主体的下端为起吊端，所述起吊端可插入同步机转子孔内。
为保证转子的位置固定，所述起吊端的起吊面上设置限位柱。
为保证起吊受力均衡，防止起吊过程中对转子孔的损伤，所述限位柱的两端设置支撑柱。
本实用新型的优点是：采用平衡块，保证了起吊时吊具的稳定与平衡；采用“C”型，使得转子的上方有空间，方便转子安装到定子里面；采用限位柱及支撑柱，一方面保证了吊装时，转子的固定，另一方面，防止了吊装时损伤到电机定子。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图具体说明本实用新型，如图1、图2所示，本实用新型包括平衡块1、吊环2、主体3；所述主体3和平衡块1分别设置在吊环2的两侧；所述主体3为“C”型，所述主体3的下端为起吊端，所述起吊端可插入同步机转子孔8内。
为保证转子的位置固定，所述主体的起吊端的起吊面上设置限位柱5。
为保证起吊面的受力均衡，防止起吊过程中对转子孔8的损伤，所述限位柱5的两端设置支撑柱4。
