背景技术
触摸屏,是一种可接收触头等输入讯号的感应式液晶显示装置,当接触了屏幕上的图形按钮时,屏幕上的触觉反馈系统可根据预先编程的程式驱动各种连结装置,可用以取代机械式的按钮面板,并借由液晶显示画面制造出生动的影音效果;FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit柔性电路板)是以聚酰亚胺或聚酯薄膜为基材制成的一种具有高度可靠性,绝佳的可挠性印刷电路板,具有配线密度高、重量轻、厚度薄的特点;目前触摸屏的感应层和终端产品主板连接,是从触摸屏感应层的线路通过FPC与主板相连,由于触摸屏感应层的感应通道较多,需要FPC连接的连接点较多,接触面积较大,要求FPC设计面积较大,可能造成压合面积不均匀,导致产品功能性问题,并且成本较高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种通过跳点实现的触摸屏FPC,该触摸屏FPC结构简单、使用方便,能够有效提升FPC的排版利用率,降低成本。
本实用新型是这样来实现的,它由感应层、FPC、连接点、感应层丝印银浆跳点组成,其特征是:感应层的引出线通过感应层丝印银浆跳点连接到连接点,连接点和FPC连接。
本实用新型的效果是:有效减少FPC面积,提升排版利用率,节约成本,减少压合面积,提升产品性能。
