背景技术
窑炉是用耐火材料砌成的用以煅烧物料或者烧成制品的设备,一般用在生产水泥、石灰、焙烧、煅烧矿石和块状物料等等,现有的窑炉主要分为隧道窑和竖窑,受制于现有的技术,无论是隧道窑还是竖窑都存在能源的大量浪费,能耗高、燃烧不充分,排放灰尘和有害气体,能源的浪费既提高了成本,也造成了环境污染;以烧结耐火原料板状刚玉的流程为例,烧结板状刚玉用的是一种工业氧化铝原料,它是矿石粉碎提取窑炉煅烧而成的,在烧结板状刚玉时,原料通过干粉研磨机研磨,原料磨好后要加工成球型以便在烧结时能够合理的受热和烧成型,成球时原料,从原料仓里通过卸料阀定量的供给成球盘,在成球时粉料加水,使粉料和水有比例的在成球盘里自然的长成直径大小不一的球状,原料球进入烘干炉里烘干,竖窑烧结板状刚玉是以天然气为热能,氧气和天然气以适当比例混合,在高速风冷烧嘴里排出,并在窑炉内燃烧。  
实用新型内容
为了解决现有竖窑能耗大,不节能的不足,本实用新型提供一种节能型竖窑,其采用空调原理将竖窑中多余的热量收集利用,且结构简单,制造方便。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:节能型竖窑的吸热管道绕扎在窑体上,吸热管道的一端与压缩机相连,压缩机的另一端与冷凝器相连,冷凝器的另一端与毛细管相连,毛细管与吸热管道相连,冷凝器设置在储热水箱中。
本实用新型是这样实现其目的的:吸热管道、压缩机、冷凝器、毛细管和制冷剂组成一个密闭的制冷系统,窑体的热量通过吸热管道传递至储热水箱中,制冷剂在吸热管道中蒸发吸收窑体中的热量,压缩机压缩制冷剂,压缩机将气态的制冷剂压缩为高温高压的气态制冷剂,然后送到冷凝器中散热后,成为常温高压的液态制冷剂,然后到毛细管,进入蒸发器,由于制冷剂从毛细管到达蒸发器后空间突然增大,压力减小,液态的制冷剂就会汽化,变成气态低温的制冷剂,并从散热水箱中吸收大量的热量;由此循环地将窑体中的热量散发至储热水箱中,将窑体多余的废能变为储热水箱中的热能储存起来,特别是在窑体需要降温时,将窑体的能量吸收至储热水箱中,并且可以将储热水箱中的热能用来烘干前道工序中的原料,本方案将整个生产工序作为一个整体设计,以达到节能的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是:将窑体的废能通过空调原理收集到储热水箱中,储热水箱中的热水可以应用至烘干前道工序的原料或者洗澡等用途,本实用新型结构简单,成本低,节约了能耗。
