本实用新型公开了一种消音型PPR管材结构，其包括PPR管材管体，所述PPR管材管体的内壁上均匀设有螺旋形的凸棱和凹槽，所述PPR管材管体的外管上复合一层消音层，所述消音层外设有一层防护套，所述消音层为多孔泡棉组成的隔音结构；本实用新型在PPR管材的内壁上设置能够分割引导水流的螺旋形的凸棱和凹槽，凸棱和凹槽能够对排水管内的水体在流动过程中进行分割和导向，利用内壁上的凸棱和凹槽吸收水的能量，减小水体流动撞击排水管的速度，并且在PPR管材的外壁上增加一层消音层，从而降低排水噪音，能够大大的满足用户要求。

本实用新型涉及PPR管件技术领域，尤其涉及一种消音型PPR管材结构。
背景技术
PPR是三丙聚乙烯的简称，利用PPR原料生产的管材又称无规共聚聚丙烯管材，是20世纪80年代末90年代初开发应用的塑料管道产品。PPR管材价格适中、性能稳定，耐热保温，耐腐蚀，内壁光滑不易结垢,以其自身优异的性能和较广泛的应用领域，已在塑料管材市场占据一席之地，是公认的绿色环保产品。
但现有的PPR管材在使用时也存在一些问题，如PPR管材用作排水管时其排水噪音要比传统铸铁管高，在一些需要保持噪音低的场合，难以满足人们的要求，需要对现有的PPR管材进行改进。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供了一种强度高、排水噪音小的消音型PPR管材结构。
本实用新型为达到上述技术目的所采用的技术方案是：一种消音型PPR管材结构，其包括PPR管材管体，所述PPR管材管体的内壁上均匀设有螺旋形的凸棱和凹槽，所述PPR管材管体的外管上复合一层消音层，所述消音层外设有一层防护套。
所述消音层为多孔泡棉组成的隔音结构。
所述凸棱和凹槽的数量各为六条以上。
本实用新型的有益效果是:采用上述结构，在PPR管材的内壁上设置能够分割引导水流的螺旋形的凸棱和凹槽，凸棱和凹槽能够对排水管内的水体在流动过程中进行分割和导向，利用内壁上的凸棱和凹槽吸收水的能量，减小水体流动撞击排水管的速度，并且在PPR管材的外壁上增加一层消音层，从而降低排水噪音，能够大大的满足用户要求。

所述消音层4为多孔泡棉组成的隔音结构。
所述凸棱2和凹槽3的数量各为六条以上。
