Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种触摸式电池,其包括短接触件、绝缘圈、中间螺纹连接件、PCBA控制板、触摸件、尾部贴膜、内部设有电池的电池杆、烟杆;电池给PCBA控制板提供输入电源,PCBA控制板与短接触件、触摸件分别电连接;电池杆设置在烟杆内,烟杆通过中间螺纹连接件与短接触件连接,短接触件通过绝缘圈设置在中间螺纹连接件内,尾部贴膜与触摸件连接。可以通过恒压底部触摸方式使电池正常输出,解决了常规手动带按键输出,满足消费者多种方式选择的要求。

本实用新型涉及一种触摸式电池,尤其涉及电子香烟的触摸式电池。
背景技术
目前,电子香烟有按键和空气开关的方式,越来越多的人想打破常规的限制,选择更智能,使用更方便的电子烟产品,按键的使用方式远远满足不了使用者的实际使用的需求,所以通过设计本款触摸式电池产品,满足不同人群使用电子烟的方便程度。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术中问题,本实用新型提供了一种触摸式电池,其包括短接触件、绝缘圈、中间螺纹连接件、PCBA控制板、触摸件、尾部贴膜、内部设有电池的电池杆、烟杆;
电池给PCBA控制板提供输入电源,PCBA控制板与短接触件、触摸件分别电连接;(电连接,即用导线连接)
电池杆设置在烟杆内,烟杆通过中间螺纹连接件与短接触件连接,短接触件通过绝缘圈设置在中间螺纹连接件内,尾部贴膜与触摸件连接。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,还包括PCB支架,PCB支架固定PCBA控制板。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,PCB支架设置在烟杆内。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,还包括固定圈,触摸件设置在固定圈中间,尾部贴膜设置在固定圈底部。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,PCBA控制板设有LED指示灯。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,电池为单节锂电芯、恒压输出电池。
本实用新型的有益效果是:可以通过恒压底部触摸方式使电池正常输出,解决了常规手动带按键输出,满足消费者多种方式选择的要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明。
本实用新型涉及一种单节锂电芯,恒压输出,底部触摸式吸抽的电子香烟,只能通过人体的温度才能触发电池工作,衣服接触不会工作,可以随身携带,解决了常规电池带按键的方式,满足消费者多种方式选择的要求,电池采用常规的充电方式,底部采用带触摸的部份,只要用户用小拇指轻轻触到底部,电池开始工作,用户就可以抽烟。
触摸式电池包括短接触件11、绝缘圈12、中间螺纹连接件13、PCB支架14、PCBA控制板15、固定圈16、底座、触摸件17、尾部贴膜18、电池、电池杆19、烟杆20,各组成部分的特征及相互关系如下:手指接触到电池底部尾部贴膜18,通过触摸件17,电池开始工作,PCBA控制板15处的LED灯会发出光,PCB支架14是起到固定PCBA的作用,电池给PCBA控制板15提供输入电源,然后通过输出连接到中间螺纹连接件13,通过短接触件11与雾化器相连,达到吸烟的目的,吸一口烟时间达到10秒后,LED灯闪8次后,再吸烟需要再次触摸,有锁键和解锁功能;当吸烟完成后,可以放到口袋上,可以随身携带。
为了满足不同人群对电池开关的操作上方便程度,设计成底部触摸来达到消费者的需求,通过中间螺纹连接件和接触连接到雾化器上,只需要手指触摸到电池底部就可以使雾化器工作,底部触摸设计成凹进去的方式,解决当手指接触到底部时,手指接触面要广,更好的和触摸件接触而使电池工作。

1.一种触摸式电池,其特征在于:其包括短接触件(11)、绝缘圈(12)、中间螺纹连接件(13)、PCBA控制板(15)、触摸件(17)、尾部贴膜(18)、内部设有电池的电池杆(19)、烟杆(20);
电池给PCBA控制板(15)提供输入电源,PCBA控制板(15)与短接触件(11)、触摸件(17)分别电连接;
电池 (19)设置在烟杆(20)内,烟杆(20)通过中间螺纹连接件(13)与短接触件(11)连接,短接触件(11)通过绝缘圈(12)设置在中间螺纹连接件(13)内,尾部贴膜(18)与触摸件(17)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的触摸式电池,其特征在于:还包括PCB支架(14),PCB支架(14)固定PCBA控制板(15)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的触摸式电池,其特征在于:PCB支架(14)设置在烟杆(20)内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的触摸式电池,其特征在于:还包括固定圈(16),触摸件(17)设置在固定圈(16)中间,尾部贴膜(18)设置在固定圈(16)底部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的触摸式电池,其特征在于:PCBA控制板(15)设有LED指示灯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的触摸式电池,其特征在于:电池为单节锂电芯、恒压输出电池。
