本实用新型具体提出一种挤塑机用电磁加热装置,主要特点是各电磁加热控制器分别控制不同频率的电磁线圈组,以挤塑机铁质料筒为磁芯,各电磁线圈组分别设置在相应工艺段铁质料筒外表面上,在各段料筒内插设有通过温度传感器与总控制柜连接的温控探头,在各段料筒上设有散热风道和保温层,调节温度。与现有挤塑机电阻丝加热方式相比,具有加热快,调控灵活,节电减排,满足生产工艺,生产效率和制品质量提高等优点。

技术领域
本实用新型属于塑料机械领域,涉及挤塑机加热部件,具体是一种挤塑机用电磁加热装置。
背景技术
现有挤塑机中的加热部件,采用电阻丝加热装置,存在着体积较大,热传导过程加热起点慢,生产效率较低,耗电较多缺陷。
发明内容
申请人在多年生产节能设备的经营活动中,经市场调查,发现现有挤塑机的电阻丝加热装置存在着一定缺陷,组织技术人员,目的在于研制一种挤塑机用电磁加热装置,能够以高频电磁加热方式,减少热传导过程,加快加热速度,提高生产效率,而且能够用不同频率控制实现不同工艺段温度的热量需要,扩展挤塑机生产范围,节约电能。
本实用新型所采取的技术方案是设计一种挤塑机用电磁加热装置,其结构包括:总控制柜,电磁加热控制器,电源,其中,电磁加热控制器的台数按挤塑机料筒加热工艺段段数设置,各电磁加热控制器分别控制输入合适频率电流的电缆电磁线圈组,各电缆电磁线圈组以挤塑机铁质料筒为磁芯,不同频率电流的电缆电磁线圈组分别设置在挤塑机铁质料筒的相应工艺段的外表面上,各只温控探头分别插入相应工艺段的铁质料筒内,并分别通过温度传感器与总控制柜电气连接,在铁质料筒的第二工艺段到最后工艺段的外表面上分别设有散热风道和散热风机,还在铁质料筒的各工艺段上与电缆电磁线圈之间包裹有保温层。
本实用新型采用上述技术措施,对传统的挤塑机加热部件加以改进,利用电磁加热方式,不同的电磁线圈产生涡流,涡流在铁质磁芯上产生热量,铁质磁芯借用挤塑机铁质料筒,不仅比现有电阻丝加热方式传导快,效率高,而且省去了磁芯或省去了挤塑机金属料筒,实现对挤塑机塑料原料的加热,生产塑料制品。
工作时,以市电为电源,经总控制柜、电磁加热控制器转变为直流电,再输出不同频率的交流电,进入相应的电磁线圈组,在挤塑机铁质料筒不同的工艺段产生设定温度的热量,加热筒内塑料原料成液体,从最后工艺段的筒口挤出,在模具内冷却成型,制成所需塑料制品。在工作期间,由于用不同的频率实现挤塑机金属料筒不同工艺段的功率输出,控制实现不同工艺段的热量需要,并通过散热和保温措施,实时准确调节控制各工艺段料筒内温度,从而使挤塑机的挤塑工艺多样化,明显改善了制品质量,使挤塑机的生产范围扩大;利用挤塑机自身的金属铁质料筒作为导磁传热主体,由间接加热变为直接加热,减少了热传导过程损失,加快了加热速度,提高了生产效率,节约了电能,而且体积减少,节约了制备成本,减轻了对环境气候温度的影响。
样机经在挤塑机现场多次试用,表明设备运行平稳,安全,控制灵活准确,完全满足挤塑机生产工艺要求,制品质量稳定提高,可比节电25%以上。
总之,本实用新型的这种挤塑机用电磁加热装置,与现有挤塑机电阻丝加热装置相比,具有加热速度快,调控灵活,满足生产工艺,节电减排,生产效率和制品质量提高的优点。特别对于大功率挤塑机效果更为明显。

本实用新型挤塑机用电磁加热装置的实施例,参见图1,其结构包括:总控制柜1,电磁加热控制器2,电源,其中,电磁加热控制器2的台数按挤塑机料筒加热工艺段四段数设置,四台电磁加热控制器2分别控制四副输入合适频率电流的电缆电磁线圈组5,各电缆电磁线圈组5以挤塑机铁质料筒3为磁芯,各不同频率电流的电缆电磁线圈组5分别设置在挤塑机铁质料筒3的相应工艺段的外表面上,四只温控探头6分别插入相应工艺段的铁质料筒内,并分别通过温度传感器7与总控制柜1电气连接,在铁质料筒2的第二工艺段到最后第四工艺段的外表面上分别设有散热风道9和散热风机8,在铁质料筒3各工艺段筒体外,与电缆电磁线圈组5之间包裹有保温层4。

1.一种挤塑机用电磁加热装置,包括:总控制柜,电磁加热控制器,电源,其特征是电磁加热控制器的台数按挤塑机料筒加热工艺段段数设置,各电磁加热控制器分别控制输入合适频率电流的电缆电磁线圈组,各电缆电磁线圈组以挤塑机铁质料筒为磁芯,不同频率电流的电缆电磁线圈组分别设置在挤塑机铁质料筒的相应工艺段的外表面上,各只温控探头分别插入相应工艺段的铁质料筒内,并分别通过温度传感器与总控制柜电气连接,在铁质料筒的第二工艺段到最后工艺段的外表面上分别设有散热风道和散热风机,还在铁质料筒的各工艺段上与电缆电磁线圈之间包裹有保温层。
