目前单杠和双杠器械做为两种运动器械是各自独立设置，具有各自的功能，一般不便移动。因这种配置占地面积大，分别用于单杠、双杠运动，各自功能单一。特别是在较狭小的室内，无法安装使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺点，提供一种结构简单，不受场地限制，实用性好的一种单双杠健身器。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种单双杠健身器，包括支架，支架上设有立杆，立杆上设有双杠，所述支架为弧形支架，所述立杆为伸缩杆，伸缩杆上设有高度调节孔，伸缩杆的下端安装在弧形支架的圆弧面上，横杆安装在伸缩杆上端，双杠与弧形支架之间设有牵拉钢丝。

使用时，可将双杠1的高度调整一致，这样可以进行双杠的比赛和练习。也可将其中的一个双杠1调节为两个高度，这样可以适用于高低杠的比赛和练习。由于在所述弧形支架4的两侧设有多排横杆7，一方面为了保持弧形支架4的稳定性，另一方面也可进行背部锻炼、俯卧撑或仰卧起坐等项目的锻炼。
