结合以上附图详细描述实施例，铁质底座4上开有滑动槽3，所述的滑动槽采用镂空结构，滑动槽上装有滑块2，用螺丝加固，防止滑动脱落，所述的滑块可以在滑动槽里滑动，滑块采用1厘米精钢打制而成，两滑块装配时之间留有缝隙1，滑块高度为2厘米。工作时，将钢铠放置于两滑块之间的缝隙处，并使用锤子等工具辅助操作，便可以在短时间内完成抱箍的制作。本装置特别适用于在紧急停电、电缆事故中急需制作电缆终端时使用。
