本实用新型属于航空制造领域，特别是涉及一种涂布漆漆膜制备装置。
背景技术
现有公开的涂布漆刷涂的简易装置，其构成是木框和图钉，不足之处是用图钉固定涂布会造成木框支架的破坏，此外，图钉还会对涂布形成拉扯作用，这样制备出来的涂膜其试验数据的可靠性、稳定性和可重复性差。
发明内容
发明目的：本实用新型克服了现有技术中的缺点，提供了一种涂布漆漆膜制备装置。
技术方案：一种涂布漆漆膜制备装置，包括一个中空结构的木框装置1，一套尺寸与木框装置1一致的中空结构的夹具装置2，所述夹具装置2分为上下两层，木框装置1和夹具装置2通过螺栓3实现拆卸。
在夹具装置1与木框装置2接触的位置设置有铝条4。
有益效果
1）消除了图钉对木框架的破坏作用，延长了试验装置的使用寿命；2）解决了图钉与涂布接触面积小，受力不均的问题；3）制备出的涂膜厚度更均匀，保证了试验数据的可靠性、稳定性和可重复性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步详细描述，请参阅图1至图2。
如图1所示，一种涂布漆漆膜制备装置，包括一个中空结构的木框装置1，一套尺寸与木框装置1一致的中空结构的夹具装置2，所述夹具装置2分为上下两层，木框装置1和夹具装置2通过螺栓3实现拆卸。
如图2所示，在夹具装置1与木框装置2接触的位置设置有铝条4。
使用时，将准备好的涂布展平，铺在木框装置上，用夹具装置2的上下两层夹紧涂布，并用四个螺栓3固定四角。然后将所需制作涂膜的涂料按照产品说明书调配，按相关标准涂刷、固化、干燥。

1.一种涂布漆漆膜制备装置，其特征在于，包括一个中空结构的木框装置[1]，一套尺寸与木框装置[1]一致的中空结构的夹具装置[2]，所述夹具装置[2]分为上下两层，木框装置[1]和夹具装置[2]通过螺栓[3]实现拆卸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂布漆漆膜制备装置，其特征在于，在夹具装置[1]与木框装置[2]接触的位置设置有铝条[4]。
