Abstract

为了解决现有的风力发电装置体积大,且发电效率不稳定的问题,特提出一种风力发电装置,其特征是:齿轮机构设置在集风板架的主轴上;集风板架内呈环形设置集风板,下端设置基座;发电机构设置在固定架内;其中,齿轮机构内的大齿轮套在主轴上,大齿轮上设置几个小齿轮与之啮合;集风板上端设置大锥齿轮,小锥齿轮设置在大锥齿轮上与之啮合且通过传动轴连接齿轮机构内的小齿轮;发电机与锥面体同轴心设置在发电机轴上,发电机轴设置在固定架内,固定架下端设置滑轮使之在支撑架上左右移动来改变基座与锥面体接触面的位置从而改变发电机转速;集风板架顶部设置风向板;该装置不但体积小,可安装在都市中,而且能接受多个风向的风,发电效率稳定。

本实用新型涉及风力发电领域,尤其是一种风力发电装置。
背景技术
近年,由于能源与环境问题的日益突出,环保能源的开发呈快速发展趋势,风能更是作为环保能源被广泛的应用,现在大多数的风力发电装置是采用三叶型大桨叶直吹型式,该装置体积大,只能安装在空旷的地方,安装和使用都不方便;又因它是固设在机架上的,只能接受固定风向的风,发电效率不稳定。
发明内容
为了解决现有的风力发电装置体积大,且发电效率不稳定的问题,特提出一种风力发电装置,该装置不但体积小,可安装在都市中,而且能接受多个风向的风,发电效率稳定。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种风力发电装置,齿轮机构13设置在集风板架8的主轴6上;集风板架8内呈环形设置集风板9,下端设置基座7;发电机构设置在固定架15内;其中,齿轮机构13内的大齿轮16套在主轴6上,大齿轮16上设置几个小齿轮17与之啮合;集风板9上端设置大锥齿轮10,小锥齿轮11设置在大锥齿轮10上与之啮合且通过传动轴12连接齿轮机构13内的小齿轮17;发电机3与锥面体5同轴心设置在发电机轴2上,发电机轴2设置在固定架15内,固定架15下端设置滑轮4使之在支撑架1上左右移动来改变基座7与锥面体5接触面的位置从而改变发电机3转速;集风板架8顶部设置风向板14。
在风力的作用下带动呈环形设置集风板9的集风板架8,套在集风板架8主轴6上的大齿轮16转动,与大齿轮16啮合的小齿轮17随之转动,同时带动传动轴12另一端的小锥齿轮11转动,以至与之啮合的大锥齿轮10转动促使连接大锥齿轮10的集风板9左右偏转以接收不同方向的风力,保证风力的稳定,而设置在集风板架8下端的基座7则与锥面体5接触并通过滑轮4改变锥面体5与基座7的接触面位置来改变发电机3转速,最终达到将风能转化为电能来输出电力目的。
