背景技术
在车载导航仪的电源线路均采用外露式导线对外搭接,这就易出现导线线路凌乱,且在生产过程中,物料传送保存时,会将每个产品的导线缠绕在一起,从而影响生产效率,并易造成不良现象,提高了生产成本。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种车载导航仪内置式电源,能避免了外露导线的缠绕,结构简单可靠,提高产品的生产效率,降低了维修成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供的一种车载导航仪内置式电源,包括外部端口、检测模块、可充电备用电源、滤波装置及多个DC/DC转换装置;所述外部端口分别与所述检测模块及滤波装置的输入端相连,所述检测模块的输出端与所述可充电备用电源的相连,所述滤波装置的输出端分别与所述多个DC/DC转换装置的输入端相连,所述多个DC/DC转换装置的输出端与用电装置相连。
优选的,所述用电装置包括CUP,显示器、导航模块。
优选的,所述DC/DC转换装置的个数可根据所述用电装置中额定电压的种类确定。
优选的,所述外部端口固定安装在导航仪外壳上。
本实用新型车载导航仪内置式电源后续进行使用时,只需在外部将电源线路对接在外部端口内,即可完成对导航仪整机的供电;避免了外露导线的缠绕,结构简单可靠,提高产品的生产效率,降低了维修成本。

如图1、2所示,为本实用新型车载导航仪内置式电源,包括外部端口1、检测模块2、可充电备用电源3、滤波装置4及多个DC/DC转换装置5;所述外部端口1分别与所述检测模块2及滤波装置4的输入端相连,所述检测模块2的输出端与所述可充电备用电源3的相连,所述滤波装置4的输出端分别与所述多个DC/DC转换装置5的输入端相连,所述多个DC/DC转换装置5的输出端与用电装置6相连。
本实用新型车载导航仪内置式电源通过外部端口1与外部电源相连,外部电源通过外部端口1一部分通过检测模块2给可充电备用电源3充电,另一部分通过滤波装置4过滤后分别输入到多个DC/DC转换装置5,并通过DC/DC转换装置5转换为用电装置6所需的额定输入电压的直流电直接给用电装置6供电;当外部电源停止供电时,检测模块2检测到断电信号,控制可充电备用电源3进行供电;所述用电装置6包括但不限于CUP,显示器、导航模块或其他电子设备。所述DC/DC转换装置5的个数可根据用电装置6中额定电压的种类确定。
如图2所示,所述外部端口1固定安装在导航仪外壳10上,后续进行使用时,只需在外部将电源线路对接在外部端口1内,即可完成对导航仪整机的供电。本实用新型车载导航仪内置式电源避免了外露导线的缠绕,结构简单可靠,提高产品的生产效率,降低了维修成本。

2.如权利要求1所述的车载导航仪内置式电源,其特征在于,所述用电装置包括CUP,显示器、导航模块。
3.如权利要求2所述的车载导航仪内置式电源,其特征在于,所述DC/DC转换装置的个数可根据所述用电装置中额定电压的种类确定。
