原来,在测量KGE17矿用跑偏传感器的动作角度时,往往靠目测,或者是采用量角器去测量,这种方式测量不准确,而且效率非常低。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种测量准确、且能提高工作效率的矿用跑偏测试台。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案: 
一种矿用跑偏测试台,它包括基板,在基板上设置半圆槽,半圆槽的上方设有刻度,半圆槽的下方设有放置跑偏传感器的安装孔。
所述的基板为铁板。 
采用上述技术方案的本实用新型,结构简单,方便操作,而且能够准确测试传感器的动作角度,大大提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种矿用跑偏测试台,它包括基板1,基板1采用铁板。在基板1上设置半圆槽2,半圆槽2的上方设有刻度3,半圆槽2的下方设有放置跑偏传感器的安装孔4。 
本实用新型的工作原理是:将一块铁板作为基板1,在上面开一个180°的半圆槽2,将跑偏传感器的动作角度(如:20°、40°、60°、70°)明确标识在半圆槽2上,在半圆槽2的下方按照跑偏传感器的结构制作对应的安装孔4,可将跑偏传感器安装到上面,当跑偏传感器动作时就可以简单明了的测试到传感器的动作角度是否正确。

1.一种矿用跑偏测试台,其特征在于:它包括基板(1),在基板(1)上设置半圆槽(2),半圆槽(2)的上方设有刻度(3),半圆槽(2)的下方设有放置跑偏传感器的安装孔(4)。
