如图1。一种铝合金轮胎铸造模具用背面石膏模板装置，其特征在于它是由石膏1和铝型模板2组成，所述石膏1背面由铝型模板2支撑，其中石膏1和铝型模板2通过加强孔3连接固定。所述铝型模板2下端设有把手支架4。加强孔3里加上螺栓就能很好地固定石膏和铝型模板2，拿取石膏模板只需拿住把手支架4，把原来石膏部分用铝型材替代，减轻了石膏模板的重量，由于石膏模板可以重复使用，可以减少40-50%的石膏用量，降低生产成本。
