背景技术
目前，在易燃易爆的环境下使用的电路开关是将日常的普通开关放置在密封的壳体中，将内部与外界的易燃易爆气体、粉尘等隔离开来，从而达到防爆的效果，然而目前的防爆开关还存在一定的不足，如触电开关外部单层防爆，在进线口、出线口，密封橡胶一旦老化便存在有一定的隐患，二是多采用按压式按钮，与壳体连接处缝隙较大，不利于密封增大了安全隐患。

本实用新型旨在针对背景技术中存在的问题，而提供的一种防爆开关。
本实用新型的防爆开关，是由箱体、箱盖，进线管道、出线管道和机械触点开关构成，所述的箱体和箱盖之间设有密封胶垫并由螺杆固定，箱体两端设有进线管道和出线管道、所述的进线管道和出线管道内部均设有密封胶圈、外端内螺纹连接着管状压紧螺杆，所述的箱盖下部固定着机械触点开关的主体部、上部设有与主体部传动连接的控制部，所述的箱盖内机械触点开关主体部的外部设有密封层、主体部上设有两个接线柱其端部置于密封层外部。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述的机械触点开关的控制部为手柄选择开关。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述的箱体的底部设有两个以上固定件。
本实用新型一种防爆开关，结构设计合理，尤其是用在爆炸性气体环境中启动电气设备的防爆开关，采用旋转式机械触电开关，旋转轴与外壳缝隙小，密闭效果好，采用双密封壳体，进一步的加强了防爆效果，另外本实用新型的防爆开关生产成本低，磨损小，使用寿命长、安全系数高。

本实用新型的防爆开关，是由箱体1、箱盖2，进线管道3、出线管道4和机械触点开关5构成，所述的箱体1和箱盖2之间设有密封胶垫6并由螺杆固定，箱体1两端设有进线管道3和出线管道4、所述的进线管道3和出线管道4内部均设有密封胶圈7、外端内螺纹连接着管状压紧螺杆8，所述的箱盖2下部固定着机械触点开关5的主体部9、上部设有与主体部9传动连接的控制部10，所述的箱盖2内机械触点开关5主体部9的外部设有密封层11、主体部9上设有两个接线柱12其端部置于密封层11外部。

本实用新型的防爆开关，是由箱体1、箱盖2，进线管道3、出线管道4和机械触点开关5构成，在箱体1的底部设有两个以上固定件13。所述的箱体1和箱盖2之间设有密封胶垫6并由螺杆固定，箱体1底部设有进线管道3和出线管道4、所述的进线管道3和出线管道4内部均设有密封胶圈7、外端内螺纹连接着管状压紧螺杆8，所述的箱盖2下部固定着机械触点开关5的主体部9、上部设有与主体部9传动连接的控制部10，所述的控制部10为手柄选择开关。所述的箱盖2内机械触点开关5主体部9的外部设有密封层11、主体部9上设有两个接线柱12其端部置于密封层11外部。

1.防爆开关，是由箱体（1）、箱盖（2）、进线管道（3）、出线管道（4）和机械触点开关（5）构成，其特征在于所述的箱体（1）和箱盖（2）之间设有密封胶垫（6）并由螺杆固定，箱体（1）的两端设有进线管道（3）和出线管道（4）、所述的进线管道（3）和出线管道（4）内部均设有密封胶圈（7）、外端内螺纹连接着管状压紧螺杆（8），所述的箱盖（2）下部固定着机械触点开关（5）的主体部（9）、上部设有与主体部（9）传动连接的控制部（10），所述的箱盖（2）内机械触点开关（5）主体部（9）的外部设有密封层（11）、主体部（9）上设有两个接线柱（12）其端部置于密封层（11）外部。
2.如权利要求1所述的防爆开关，其特征在于所述的机械触点开关（5）的控制部（10）为手柄选择开关。
3.如权利要求1所述的防爆开关，其特征在于所述的箱体（1）的底部设有两个以上固定件（13）。
