一种汽车检具用单开合卡扣，属于汽车零配件技术领域，其特征是：在L形固定体一侧镶嵌有长方形活动体，在固定体和活动体上顶平面的垂直向螺孔内分别设有卡片，固定体中心的水平向设有螺孔，与固定体中心的水平向螺孔相对应的活动体设有螺纹通孔，双头螺栓与固定体螺孔和活动体通孔螺纹配合，锁紧手柄与双头螺栓螺纹配合固定，在固定体螺孔两侧固定有导向销，活动体通孔两侧开有两个导向孔，导向套套固在导向孔内，导向销与导向套滑动配合。有益效果是：避免了在检测时硬性的装卸零部件，以致损坏零部件上的卡扣。同时，在检测过程中，也节省了大量装卸卡扣时间，大大提高了检测效率。

本实用新型属于汽车零配件技术领域，涉及一种对汽车零配件技术检具的改进。
背景技术
目前，汽车上的一些面板或卡扣固定插件，都需要卡扣来进行插接固定，汽车部分零部件在装车时大部分均采用单侧带倒钩的卡扣硬推安装到固定点处，若想拆下改部件则必须硬性拽将卡扣废掉方可，但是在检具上检测零部件时，零部件又要反复装卸，这样重复装卸，既费掉多个卡扣，同时也浪费许多时间。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是：提供一种汽车检具用单开合卡扣，它可辅助卡扣在检具上反复开合。
本实用新型的技术方案是：在L形固定体一侧镶嵌有长方形活动体，在固定体和活动体上顶平面的垂直向螺孔内分别设有卡片，固定体中心的水平向设有螺孔，与固定体中心的水平向螺孔相对应的活动体设有螺纹通孔，双头螺栓与固定体螺孔和活动体通孔螺纹配合，锁紧手柄与双头螺栓螺纹配合固定，在固定体螺孔两侧固定有导向销，活动体通孔两侧开有两个导向孔，导向套套固在导向孔内，导向销与导向套滑动配合。
本实用新型的有益效果是：避免了在检测时硬性的装卸零部件，以致损坏零部件上的卡扣。同时，在检测过程中，也节省了大量装卸卡扣时间，大大提高了检测效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步描述：
如图所示，1是固定体卡片、2是活动体卡片、3是活动体、4是固定体、5是导向套、6是导向销、7是双头螺栓、8是锁紧手柄。
汽车部分零部件在装车时大部分均采用单侧带倒钩的卡扣硬推安装到固定点处，若想拆下该部件则必须硬性拽将卡扣废掉方可，但是在检具上检测零部件时，零部件要反复装卸，为了方便安装并在拆卸零部件时不损坏卡扣，在检具相应固定点处采用单开合卡扣装置，卡扣的倒钩钩在活动体卡片2上，装卸零部件时旋开锁紧手柄8，活动体3及活动体卡片2与固定体4分开一定距离，使得带倒钩卡扣不与检具有干涉，旋紧后，活动体3及活动体卡片2卡片与固定体4及固定体卡片1完全闭合，同检具要求的固定点达到一致。
有了该机构，不用硬性的装卸零部件，又不损坏零部件上的卡扣。操作方便。
