背景技术
无纺布又称短纤针刺土工布,具有抗老化,耐酸碱,耐磨损,柔韧性好施工简便的特点,可以用于公路、铁路、堤坝、水工建筑的养护,反滤,加筋等,现有的土工布一般是由两层无纺布复合而成,使用过程中由于强度低,易破损,且防滑效果较差,增加了施工难度。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种强度高,防滑效果好的新型复合土工布。本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种新型复合土工布,包括内、外无纺布层,内、外无纺布层之间设置加强筋层,内、外无纺布层之间通过针刺复合,内、外无纺布层的表面设置有烧结层。
加强筋层呈网状。
所述烧结层设置于内、外无纺布层的表面。
有益效果
新型复合土工布,结构合理,强度高,耐拉伸,表面经烧毛处理后形成粗糙的烧结层,增大摩擦系数,减少打滑。
