本实用新型涉及包装技术领域,尤其是涉及一种包装托盘。
背景技术
手机等电子产品在生产运送过程中,需要放置于包装托盘上进行周转运输。现有的包装托盘由PET或PS等塑料吸塑成型,由于包装托盘需要有一定的强度,因此包装托盘放置产品的托物面比较坚硬,产品在运输过程会因震动或与托物面摩擦而被划伤,从而影响产品质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种包装托盘,旨在保护放置于包装托盘上的产品不被划伤。
为达以上目的,本实用新型提出一种包装托盘,包括具有一托物面的托盘本体和覆盖于所述托物面的缓冲层,所述缓冲层由软质材料制成。
优选地,所述缓冲层由橡胶材料制成。
优选地,所述缓冲层由EVA材料热压成型。
优选地,所述缓冲层呈薄壳状吸附于所述托物面。
优选地,所述托物面上凸设有若干限位凸块,所述缓冲层对应所述限位凸块处向外突出后形成容置所述限位凸块的限位槽。
优选地,所述缓冲层边缘具有包覆所述托盘本体边缘的凹槽。
本实用新型所提供的一种包装托盘,通过在托盘本体的托物面上覆盖一软质材料制成的缓冲层,当产品放置于包装托盘上时,可以起到缓冲保护产品的作用,防止划伤产品,从而提高产品质量。

应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
参见图1-图3,提出本实用新型的包装托盘一实施例,所述包装托盘包括托盘本体100和缓冲层200,托盘本体100可以由PET或PS塑料吸塑成型,其正面即为放置产品的托物面;缓冲层200由软质材料制成,其覆盖于托盘本体100的托物面上。从而将产品放置于包装托盘上时,缓冲层200可以对产品起缓冲保护作用,防止产品被划伤,提高产品质量。缓冲层200可以由橡胶材料制成,优选由发泡的EVA材料热压成型,呈薄壳状吸附于托盘本体100的托物面上。
进一步地,包装托盘上要放置多个产品,因此托盘本体100的托物面上凸设有若干限位凸块110,以固定每一个产品,覆盖于托物面上的缓冲层200对应限位凸块110处也相应的向外突出,从而一方面使得缓冲层200的正面也相应的突出形成固定产品的凸块220,另一方面使得缓冲层底面(即与托物面接触的一面)形成容置限位凸块110的限位槽210,该限位槽210能使缓冲层200更加牢固的吸附于托盘本体100的托物面上。
进一步地,缓冲层200的四周边缘具有一凹槽230,该凹槽230用于包覆托盘本体100的边缘,一方面使包装托盘显得更美观,另一方面使得缓冲层200与托盘本体100吸附得更牢固。

1.一种包装托盘,其特征在于:包括具有一托物面的托盘本体和覆盖于所述托物面的缓冲层,所述缓冲层由软质材料制成,所述缓冲层呈薄壳状吸附于所述托物面,所述托物面上凸设有若干限位凸块,所述缓冲层对应所述限位凸块处向外突出后形成容置所述限位凸块的限位槽。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装托盘,其特征在于:所述缓冲层由橡胶材料制成。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的包装托盘,其特征在于:所述缓冲层由EVA材料热压成型。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的包装托盘,其特征在于:所述缓冲层边缘具有包覆所述托盘本体边缘的凹槽。
