节能电饭锅，包括电热盘及控制电路，所述的电热盘设有电热管R1、电热管R2及突跳式控温器ST2；所述电路为电热盘EH1的电热管R1及突跳式控温器ST2与磁钢限温器ST1连接，突跳式控温ST2又与电热盘EH1的电热管R2串联，形成供电回路。本实用新型提供一种具有节省电能，能满足不同加热功率的节能电饭锅。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及家用电器技术，是一种设有双电热管电热盘的节能电饭锅。
背景技术
目前，在市面上出现的电饭锅，主要由锅盖、外壳、内层、内胆、控制面板、磁钢限温器、发热盘、保温片，电饭锅接通电源按下加热开关后，跳杆推动磁钢限温器的顶针，电饭锅磁钢限温器中的两片磁片相互吸引拉住跳杆，跳杆进一步使钢片触点接触，发热盘开始发热工作，当达到磁钢限温器的设定温度时，磁钢内的磁片失去磁性，内部弹簧会使磁片分离，磁钢限温器的顶针会推动跳杆使钢片触点分开，从而断开加热电路使之处于保温状态，由此可以看出电饭锅在加热煮饭过程中，不管内胆能够吸收多少热量，电饭锅输出的功率始终保持不变，当电饭锅中物料沸腾后，实际需要电饭锅输出的功率会减少，从而使得发热盘发出多余的热量白白浪费，且多余的热能使锅内的内层温度很高，现有电饭煲浪费电能。
实用新型内容
为了克服上述的缺点，本实用新型提供一种具有节省电能，能满足不同加热功率的节能电饭锅。
节能电饭锅，包括电热盘及控制电路，所述的电热盘设有电热管R1、电热管R2及突跳式控温器ST2；所述电路为电热盘EH1的电热管R1及突跳式控温器ST2与磁钢限温器ST1连接，突跳式控温ST2又与电热盘EH1的电热管R2串联，形成供电回路。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进：所述的电热管R1为350W、300W及230W，与其对应的电热管R2为150W、100W及70W。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进：所述的突跳式控温器ST2的设定温度为96-100摄氏度。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：具有节省电能，能满足不同加热功率的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
参考附图1至图2，节能电饭锅，包括电热盘1及控制电路，所述的电热盘1设有电热管R1、电热管R2及突跳式控温器ST2；所述电路为电热盘EH1的电热管R1及突跳式控温器ST2与磁钢限温器ST1连接，突跳式控温ST2又与电热盘EH1的电热管R2串联，形成供电回路。
所述的电热管R1为350W、300W及230W，与其对应的电热管R2为150W、100W及70W。
所述的突跳式控温器ST2的设定温度为96-100摄氏度。
所述的突跳式控温器ST2在电饭锅达到96-100摄氏度时，突跳式控温器ST2动作跳断而使得电热盘EH1内的电热管R2停止工作。
当电饭锅内的温度加热至102一103摄氏度时，磁钢限温器ST1跳断，保温元件EH2两端因有电压差而有电流通过发热，电饭锅进入保温状态。
当磁钢温控器ST1接合接通电源，电热管R1与电热管R2同时接通电源而工作发热，电饭锅此时的工作功率为电热管.R1与电热管R2之和。
使用所述的电路连接方式的电饭锅，可节能10%以上。
操作步骤如下：
磁钢温控器ST1接合接通电源，电热管R1与电热管R2同时接通电源而工作发热，使用者根据实际用电情况，可自行选择搭配电热管R1与电热管R2的功率。可供搭配的组合为350W与150W、300W与100W、230W与70W。设电饭锅此时的工作功率为500W加上200W。电饭锅加热至100摄氏度时，锅内开始沸腾，当温度超过了突跳式控温器ST2的设定温度96至100摄氏度时，突跳式控温器ST2动作跳断而使得电热盘EH1内的200W电热管R2停止工作。电饭锅在电热管R1正常工作发热及电热盘EH1原有储存的热能继续把米煮成熟饭，达到节能效果。当电饭锅内的温度加热至102至103摄氏度时，磁钢限温器ST1跳断，保温元件EH2两端因有电压差而有电流通过发热，电饭锅进入保温状态，达到保温节能的目的。

1.节能电饭锅，包括电热盘及控制电路，其特征在于：所述的电热盘设有电热管R1、电热管R2及突跳式控温器ST2；所述电路为电热盘EH1的电热管R1及突跳式控温器ST2与磁钢限温器ST1连接，突跳式控温ST2又与电热盘EH1的电热管R2串联，形成供电回路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能电饭锅，其特征在于：所述的电热管R1为500W、350W、300W及230W，与其对应的电热管R2为200W、150W、100W及70W。
3.根据权利要求1所述的节能电饭锅，其特征在于：所述的突跳式控温器ST2的设定温度为96-100摄氏度。
