Abstract

一种电子仿真蜡烛,其包括灯芯(20),灯芯支架(40),发光元件(50)及电路组件(60),该灯芯(20)包括位于上部的火焰片(21),中部的颈部(22)及位于下部的支撑片(23),该颈部(22)设有一通孔(222),该灯芯(20)的重心位于该通孔(222)下方,该灯芯(20)仅通过一细长支撑件(30)穿过该通孔(222)而固定在该灯芯支架(40)上,使得该火焰片(21)露出该灯芯支架(40)外。由于该灯芯(20)仅由一细长支撑件(30)固定在灯芯支架(40)上,灯芯(20)受力自由,当有风吹过或人走过等引起空气流动时,火焰片就会摆动,从而有火苗跳动、闪烁的动感,提高仿真度。

技术领域
本发明涉及蜡烛,尤其涉及一种电子仿真蜡烛。 
背景技术
蜡烛主要具有照明、装饰等用途,随着全社会环保意识的增强和人们审美水平的不断提高,传统的燃烧式蜡烛正逐渐被电子仿真蜡烛所替代。电子仿真蜡烛主要利用外接电源或者内置电池为发光元件供电,利用发光元件发出的光模拟蜡烛燃烧所产生的火焰。
传统的蜡烛在燃烧过程中火苗会呈现跳动、闪烁的动感,然而,发光元件产生的光模拟火焰的电子仿真蜡烛通常都是静态的,因此仿真度不高,影响了用户的视觉体验效果。 
发明内容
本发明要解决的主要技术问题是,提供一种提高仿真度的电子仿真蜡烛。
一种电子仿真蜡烛,其包括灯芯,灯芯支架,发光元件及电路组件,该灯芯包括位于上部的火焰片,中部的颈部及位于下部的支撑片,其中,该颈部设有一通孔,该灯芯的重心位于该通孔下方,该灯芯仅通过一细长支撑件穿过该通孔而固定在该灯芯支架上,使得该火焰片露出该灯芯支架外。
该细长支撑件为一软质挂线。
该火焰片为塑料薄片。
该灯芯支架由两个半壳拼接而成,每个该半壳包括一位于该半壳上端的半环,以及支撑该半环且与该半环连通的支撑体,每个该支撑体具有一斜面连通该支撑体内部及该半环,该发光元件固定在该两个斜面并且对准该灯芯发光。
每个该斜面相对该灯芯支架的中心线具有30~40度的倾斜角度。
本发明的有益效果是由于该灯芯仅由一细长支撑件固定在灯芯支架上,灯芯受力自由,当有风吹过或人走过等引起空气流动时,火焰片就会摆动,从而有火苗跳动、闪烁的动感,提高仿真度;该灯芯的摆动不需要其它动力,因此为环保节能仿真蜡烛。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
请一并参阅图1及图2,本实施例提供的电子仿真蜡烛100包括一蜡筒10,收容在该蜡筒10内的灯芯20,细长支撑件30,灯芯支架40,发光元件50,电路组件60及底座70。
该灯芯20包括位于上部的火焰片21,中部的颈部22及位于下部的支撑片23。该颈部22设有一通孔222,以供细长支撑件30穿过。该灯芯20可以根据需要选择红色,黄色或白色,其与发光元件50之光线颜色配合后接近真实蜡烛之火焰色调为宜。该火焰片21优选为塑料薄片,从而更加轻盈易动。在其它实施例中,其可为纸质。
请一并参阅图3及图4,该灯芯支架40由两个半壳41拼接而成。每个该半壳41包括一位于该半壳41上端的半环42,以及支撑该半环42并与该半环42连通的支撑体43。每个该支撑体43具有一斜面44连通该支撑体43内部及该半环42。每个该斜面44相对该灯芯支架40中心线具有30~40度的倾斜角度。
本实施例中,该细长支撑件30为一软质挂线。该细长支撑件30两端系在该灯芯支架40内。由于仅由细长支撑件30悬挂支撑,该灯芯20受力自由,当有风吹过或人走过等引起空气流动时,火焰片21就会摆动,从而有火苗跳动、闪烁的动感,提高仿真度。
该灯芯支架40的两个斜面44用于固定发光元件50,使发光元件50安装方便。该发光元件50可以为LED。由于该两个斜面44与该支撑体43及该半环42相连通,该发光元件50可以对准该灯芯20发光,并且由于斜面44的30~40度的倾斜角度,该发光元件50可以朝向该火焰片21发光。
该电路组件60包括一组电池62为该发光元件50供电,多个电极片64,电路板65,以及一个电池盖66。该电池盖66也为该底座70的底盖。
该底座70的底部设有电池容置槽72。该多个电极片64及电路板65插设于该底座70中。该灯芯支架40设于该底座70上。
该蜡筒10的下端11平齐开口,上端12外边缘呈波浪形。该上端12中心具有一开口13,以供灯芯20的火焰片21伸出。该蜡筒10可以由塑料制成,其颜色可以根据需要选择,例如红色或黄色,以接近真实蜡烛之色调为宜。该底座70插设于该蜡筒10的下端11。
在其它实施例中,该蜡筒10及底座70可以省略,该电路组件60可以设于灯芯支架40上。
另外,可以理解,上述细长支撑件30不一定都为软质,硬质支撑件也可以取到基本相同的效果。
本发明灯芯20的摆动不需要其它动力,因此为环保节能仿真蜡烛。

Claims (9)

1. 一种电子仿真蜡烛,其包括灯芯(20),灯芯支架(40),发光元件(50)及电路组件(60),该灯芯(20)包括位于上部的火焰片(21),中部的颈部(22)及位于下部的支撑片(23),其特征在于:该颈部(22)设有一通孔(222),该灯芯(20)的重心位于该通孔(222)下方,该灯芯(20)仅通过一细长支撑件(30)穿过该通孔(222)而固定在该灯芯支架(40)上,使得该火焰片(21)露出该灯芯支架(40)外。
2. 如权利要求1所述的电子仿真蜡烛,其特征在于,该细长支撑件(30)为一软质挂线。
3. 如权利要求1所述的电子仿真蜡烛,其特征在于,该火焰片(21)为塑料薄片。
4. 如权利要求1所述的电子仿真蜡烛,其特征在于,该灯芯支架(40)由两个半壳(41)拼接而成,每个该半壳(41)包括一位于该半壳(41)上端的半环(42),以及支撑该半环(42)且与该半环(42)连通的支撑体(43),每个该支撑体(43)具有一斜面(44)连通该支撑体(43)内部及该半环(42),该发光元件(50)固定在该两个斜面(44)并且对准该灯芯(20)发光。
5. 如权利要求4所述的电子仿真蜡烛,其特征在于,每个该斜面(44)相对该灯芯支架(40)的中心线具有30~40度的倾斜角度。
6. 如权利要求1所述的电子仿真蜡烛,其特征在于,该发光元件(50)为LED。
7. 如权利要求1所述的电子仿真蜡烛,其特征在于,该电路组件(60)包括一电路板(61),一组电池(62),及与该电路板(61)连接的多个电池极片(63),该发光元件(50)由该组电池(62)供电。
8. 如权利要求1所述的电子仿真蜡烛,其特征在于,该电子仿真蜡烛还包括一底座(70),该电路组件(60)及该灯芯支架(40)设于该底座(70)上。
9. 如权利要求8所述的电子仿真蜡烛,其特征在于,该电路组件还包括一蜡筒(10)收容该灯芯(20),灯芯支架(40),发光元件(50),电路组件(60)及该底座(70),该蜡筒(10)上端具有一开口(13),该火焰片(21)伸出该开口(13)外。
