本实用新型涉及光通信技术,尤其涉及一种大功率集成型EDFA。
背景技术
掺铒光纤放大器(EDFA)是一种以掺铒光纤为介质,以泵浦光源为激励源的光放大器,它可对多波长光信号同时进行直接放大,用以弥补光纤传输损耗,而无须光—电—光转换,它是简化系统、降低成本、增加中继距离、提高光信号传输透明性及实现全光通信的关键器件,在掺铒光纤放大器(EDFA)的使用中,由于掺铒光纤放大器(EDFA)自身的一些控制特性,使得当掺铒光纤放大器(EDFA)的输入光产生剧烈变化的情况下,由于驱动电流不能及时跟上入光的波动变化,导致残余波长被过大或者过小地驱动,从而影响系统中剩余波长的工作稳定性和可靠性,严重的甚至使得残余波长根本无法正常工作。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种大功率集成型EDFA,用于三网合一网络应用,用于有线电视及数字信号传输。 
一种大功率集成型EDFA,依次包括掺铒光纤放大器和光分路/合波器,所述光分路/合波器设有四个OLT侧端口,所述光分路/合波器设有四个ODN侧端口,所述掺铒光纤放大器设有1550 nm端口,所述1550 nm端口输入的有线电视光信号经掺铒光纤放大器放大后,再经光分路/合波器,输出ODN侧4个端口光信号和OLT侧4个端口光信号。
所述光分路/合波器由1310 nm\ 1490 nm\1550 nm波分复用器,和1x4路光分路器集成。
所述1310 nm和1490 nm端口来自OLT侧光信号,所述ODN侧光信号输出口的1550 nm波长的光功率达20dBm,可满足无源光纤网络结构下有线电视信号的传输需要。 
由于集成了EDFA和分路/波分复用(splitter/WDM)模块,适用于BPON、EPON、GPON有线电视网络, ODN侧端口1 4的功率输出可达到20dBm满足无源光纤网络结构下有线电视信号传输,可用于有线电视及数字信号传输,具大功率和集成性,可提高单信道功率。

如图1所示,一种大功率集成型EDFA,依次包括掺铒光纤放大器5和光分路/合波器2,所述光分路/合波器2设有四个OLT侧端口3,所述光分路/合波器2设有四个ODN侧端口4,所述掺铒光纤放大器5设有1550 nm端口1,所述1550 nm端口1输入的有线电视光信号经掺铒光纤放大器5放大后,再经光分路/合波器2,输出ODN侧4个端口4光信号和OLT侧4个端口3光信号。所述光分路/合波器2由1310 nm\ 1490 nm\1550 nm波分复用器,和1x4路光分路器集成。所述1310 nm和1490 nm端口来自OLT侧光信号,所述ODN侧光信号输出口的1550 nm波长的光功率达20dBm,可满足无源光纤网络结构下有线电视信号的传输需要。

1.一种大功率集成型EDFA,其特征在于:依次包括掺铒光纤放大器和光分路/合波器,所述光分路/合波器设有四个OLT侧端口,所述光分路/合波器设有四个ODN侧端口,所述掺铒光纤放大器设有1550 nm端口,所述1550 nm端口输入的有线电视光信号经掺铒光纤放大器放大后,再经光分路/合波器,输出ODN侧4个端口光信号和OLT侧4个端口光信号。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大功率集成型EDFA,其特征在于:所述光分路/合波器由1310 nm\ 1490 nm\1550 nm波分复用器,和1x4路光分路器集成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种大功率集成型EDFA,其特征在于:所述1310 nm和1490 nm端口来自OLT侧光信号,所述ODN侧光信号输出口的1550 nm波长的光功率达20dBm。
