背景技术
目前脱硫系统浆液池用于过滤较大颗粒的石灰石采用的合金滤网一般为半圆柱体形状,且向着吸收塔塔壁内侧凸起,当施工人员在吸收塔内施工时,一旦出现意外高空坠物,则容易将滤网砸坏,由于滤网造价较高,一旦破损不易修复,只能做报废处理,因此有必要改进。 
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种不易破损的内嵌式滤网,不容易被吸收塔内的高空坠物砸到。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型通过下述技术方案得以解决:一种不易破损的内嵌式滤网,包括滤网本体,还包括一个保护罩,所述滤网本体固定在保护罩内,所述保护罩固定在吸收塔外壁上。这样设置以后,滤网本体固定在吸收塔的外壁上,向着吸收塔的外壁伸出,这就保证了施工人员在吸收塔内壁施工时,掉落的物品不会砸到滤网本体。 
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述保护罩的内壁与所述滤网本体的内壁具有一定的间隙。这样设置能保障流通面积比,确保滤网运行的寿命及可靠性能。 
上述技术方案中,具体的,所述保护罩的顶部具有一个凸起,所述凸起的顶部具有一圈法兰,所述凸起内部具有与保护罩内壁相通的孔。法兰用于与浆液循环泵的入口相连。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:网本体固定在吸收塔的外壁上,向着吸收塔的外壁伸出,这就保证了施工人员在吸收塔内壁施工时,掉落的物品不会砸到滤网本体。
