现有的涂塑钢丝大多是在钢丝的外围直接包覆一层塑料保护层，由于钢丝与塑料收缩率不一样，塑料保护层与钢丝不能牢固结合，在强力拉伸或温度变化的时候，容易造成塑料保护层龟裂或滑脱，降低了涂塑钢丝的防腐能力，如在恶劣环境下使用，会缩短涂塑钢丝的使用寿命。
鉴于此，有必要提供一种新的涂塑钢丝来解决上述技术问题。

本实用新型所解决的技术问题在于提供一种矽胶涂塑钢丝，其塑料防护层与钢丝高度融合，塑料防护层不开裂、不易剥离，大大提高了涂塑钢丝的使用寿命。

与现有技术相比，本实用新型矽胶涂塑钢丝整体伸缩率一致，防腐效果好，有效防止了涂塑钢丝的塑料保护层开裂脱落，增加了涂塑钢丝的使用寿命。
