背景技术
在人造奶油生产工艺中，液态油品在储存和输送过程时，受容器和管道条件影响，使液态油品中含有铁锈、铁屑等未能溶为一体的细微颗粒、杂质等，需要一种新型装置解决液态油品在输送过程中进行隔离。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是要提供一种解决液态油品在输送过程中有效隔离铁锈、铁屑细微颗粒、杂质等，从而保证液态油品的物理感观，清澈透明，卫生安全。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：在管道内用强磁夹住不锈钢丝网，是液态油品在环形强磁和不锈钢滤网内通过，从而隔离液态油品中的铁锈、铁屑、颗粒、杂质等，来保证液态油品的使之清澈透明无杂质。

具体实施方式：下面结合附图对本实用新型液态油品精滤装置的结构，外壳为钢管（1），两头为法兰（2）用于与管道连接，在钢管（1）内用两块环形强磁（3）夹住三层不锈钢滤网（4），分别用定位圈（5）挡住环形强磁（3），用螺栓（6）固定定位圈（5）。液态油品从一端流向另一端，通过液态油品精滤装置。
Claims (1)
1.一种液态油品精滤装置其特征是：具有钢管（1），两端法兰（2）用于连接管道，在钢管（1）内用螺栓（6）固定定位圈（5），用来夹住不锈钢丝网（4）和环形强磁（3）定位，使液态油品从一端进入通过环形强磁和不锈钢丝网，有效隔离了杂质后流向另一端。
