本实用新型公开了一种新型导尿管，其在导管前端外侧设有一个外套管，外套管的内壁设有四条沿长度走向的导槽，所述的导槽内设有滚珠；所述的外套管的前端外径渐缩，且外套管前端具有弹性。其避免了导管与尿道口内侧壁直接接触，大大降低了携带细菌进入尿道深处及膀胱的发生概率，减少尿路感染、膀胱炎等疾病的发生；另外由于外套管内壁设有滚珠，可减小其与导管的摩擦力。

本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械，尤其涉及一种新型导尿管。
背景技术
对于不能正常排尿的患者，通常采用导尿管插入膀胱内，以便及时将膀胱内的尿液排出。经研究证明，长期留置导尿管患者容易引起尿路感染，导致尿路感染原因较多，但其中重要的一点是因为插入导尿管时，将尿道口内侧的细菌由导尿管带入了尿道深部及膀胱，从而引起尿路感染和膀胱炎等。

为克服上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种结构设计科学，操作方便快捷，可减少尿路感染和膀胱炎等病症发生的新型导尿管。
为实现上述技术目的，本实用新型采用以下方案：一种新型导尿管，包括一个导管，其特征在于：导管前端外侧设有一个外套管，外套管的内壁设有四条沿长度走向的导槽，所述的导槽内设有滚珠；所述的外套管的前端外径渐缩，且外套管前端具有弹性。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：从尿道口插入导尿管时，首先将外套管插入尿道口，然后将导管经外套管穿入尿道，由于其避免了导管与尿道口内侧壁直接接触，大大降低了携带细菌进入尿道深处及膀胱的发生概率，减少尿路感染、膀胱炎等疾病的发生；另外由于外套管内壁设有滚珠，可减小其与导管的摩擦力。
