本实用新型为实现上述目的，采用如下技术方案：一种刷杯器，包括手柄，刷杆和刷头，所述刷杆上套接环形刷。

如图1所示一种刷杯器，包括手柄1，刷杆2和刷头3，所述刷杆2上套接环形刷4，所述环形刷4上端连接牵引线6，下端连接弹簧7，所述弹簧另一端连接刷杆2底部，所述牵引线6另一端连接牵引装置5，所述环形刷4内部设置支撑架，其周边设置刷毛，所述刷杆2、环形刷子4和刷头3为不锈钢材料，所述刷毛为橡胶材料。
使用时，将刷杯器放入杯子内部，手握住手柄1和牵引装置5，所述牵引装置5类似自行车手闸，利用杠杆原理，达到牵引的目的，当手指握紧牵引装置5时，牵引线6产生拉力，拉动环形刷4，松开牵引装置5，弹簧7收缩拉回环形刷，这样环形刷4周边的刷毛与杯壁产生摩擦，从而刷掉杯壁上的污垢；刷头3底部设置刷毛，通过旋转可以清除杯底污垢。
