一种防日烧的石榴育果袋,一面反光一面透明,袋底一定高度两角部位分别打有排水透气孔。高温季节给石榴果套袋,反光塑膜面对着太阳面,能反射掉正午大部分的太阳光,防止日烧果的发生。反光塑膜反射的部分阳光照射到果树背阴的叶片上,增加果园整体光合作用。反光塑膜银色对蚜虫等害虫有较强的趋避效果,可减轻套袋果园的蚜虫危害。提前套袋可减少1-2次喷洒农药,节省农药投资和喷药用工,减轻农药残留和污染。采果前适时转袋,果袋透明面对着太阳面,利于石榴果着色。反光塑膜反射部分阳光到果实背面,着色效果比常规塑膜袋更好。排水透气孔排出多余水分,避免袋内积水过多。

背景技术
目前,公知的水果育果袋有纸袋和塑膜袋,纸袋又有单层,多层之分,塑膜袋在石榴以外的水果上套袋饱受诟病而被禁止使用。石榴果本身生理的特殊性,纸质育果袋套石榴果损失非常严重,生产中只能使用塑膜袋套石榴果。塑膜袋透气性差,高温季节,套袋内温升过高,易造成日烧果,僵果。为减少日烧果,石榴套袋多在立秋前后气温下降后才开始进行的。 
发明内容
为了克服现有的塑膜袋在石榴果套袋易发生日烧果的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种具有防日烧的石榴育果袋,该育果袋不仅具有塑膜袋的保护功能,而且能全天候进行套袋,不会造成日烧果的发生。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:镀铝反光塑膜和透明塑膜对正平齐,三边粘合或热合后切割,制成一面反光一面透明的防止日烧的石榴育果袋,袋底一定高度两角部位分别打有排水透气孔。高温季节给石榴果套袋,反光塑膜面对着太阳面,能反射掉正午大部分的太阳光,防止日烧果的发生。采果前适时转袋,果袋透明面对着太阳面,利于石榴果着色。排水透气孔排出多余水分,避免袋内积水过多。 
用阴阳塑膜生产防日烧的石榴育果袋更简单,阴阳塑膜对折,两边热封制成本实用新型,打排水透气孔完成全部制袋工艺。

实施例1,在塑膜制袋机上,镀铝反光塑膜【2】卷和透明塑膜【3】卷展开,镀铝反光塑膜【2】和透明塑膜【3】对正平齐,三边粘结或热合切割,制成能反射太阳光防止日烧果的育果袋【1】。成沓的育果袋【1】,打排水透气孔【5】完成全部制作工艺。 
实施例2,用阴阳塑膜【4】生产本实用新型更容易,阴阳塑膜【4】对折卷展开,热封热切,即可完成制袋,工艺更简洁。成沓的育果袋【1】,打排水透气孔【5】完成全部制袋工艺。
