本实用新型涉及暗管改碱技术领域，尤其是砂滤料厚度监测提醒装置。
背景技术
在暗管铺设施工过程中，砂滤料的厚度无法做到实时监测，尤其是暗管下面的滤料。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供结构简单、成本较低的砂滤料厚度监测提醒装置，其技术方案为：主要由连杆、电阻、测头、线路、PLC系统、显示器和铰链构成。连杆绕铰链转动，连杆一端与滑动变阻器相连，另一端与测头相连，滑动变阻器和连杆之间通过线路连接PLC系统，PLC系统通过线路连接显示器。通过机械装置将砂率料的厚度变化转变为电阻的变化，并通过电信号将变化记录下来，变化较大时报警提醒。
本实用新型结构简单、成本低廉、能实时监测砂滤料的厚度，提高施工质量，适用于暗管排碱工程质量监测。

具体实施方式
如图所示，数据统计及断管提醒装置。其主要由连杆1、电阻2、测头3、线路4、PLC系统5、显示器6和铰链7构成。连杆1绕铰链7转动，连杆1一端与滑动变阻器2相连，另一端与测头3相连，滑动变阻器2和连杆1之间通过线路4连接PLC系统5，PLC系统5通过线路4连接显示器6。
使用时，通过铰链7将装置固定在埋管机管箱底部，测头3接触砂滤料，将砂滤料的变化通过连杆1绕铰链7转动机构传递到滑动变阻器2上，引起电阻的变化，通过电信号将这种变化输入到PLC系统5中，经PLC系统5将这种变化转化为砂滤料的厚度变化，存储并显示。

1.砂滤料厚度监测提醒装置，其特征在于：连杆（1）绕铰链（7）转动，连杆（1）一端与滑动变阻器（2）相连，另一端与测头（3）相连，滑动变阻器（2）和连杆（1）之间通过线路（4）连接PLC系统（5），PLC系统（5）通过线路（4）连接显示器（6）。
