本实用新型涉及一种蒸汽锅炉节能系统,尤其是指一种蒸汽锅炉进气预热节能系统。
背景技术
在木材加工中心,通常采用蒸汽锅炉对待加工的木材、切割好的木材半成品以及成品进行水蒸气烘干,蒸汽烘干的好处在于,能使待加工的木材、切割好的木材半成品以及成品烘干,且不会使其开裂,在木材加工中心较为常用。
在加热蒸汽锅炉过程中,燃料的燃烧通常需要空气中氧气的支持,通常在蒸汽锅炉上设置进风口,该进风口直接进入冷的空气,使得蒸汽锅炉加热过程中消耗的能量增加。而另一方面,蒸汽锅炉中产生的余热直接排放到空气当中,没有得到较好的利用。
鉴于现有技术中蒸汽锅炉系统的所述缺陷,本发明人研发出一种克服所述缺陷的蒸汽锅炉进气预热节能系统,本案由此产生。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单且可节约能源的蒸汽锅炉进气预热节能系统。
为达成上述目的,本实用新型的解决方案为:
一种蒸汽锅炉进气预热节能系统,在锅炉上设置余热管道将余热输出,在余热管道上安装进风预热装置,进风预热装置上设置进风口与出风口,进风口与大气相通,而出风口与锅炉进风口相通。
进一步,进风预热装置为一腔体,腔体套在余热管道上。 
进一步,还包括加热装置,加热装置与余热管道连接,余热管道将热气输送至加热装置。
进一步,还包括用汽装置,锅炉通过管道与用汽装置连接,锅炉将蒸汽输送至用汽装置。
采用上述方案后,本实用新型锅炉燃料燃烧的助燃空气是经过进风预热装置预加热的热空气,节约燃烧能源,同时,进风预热装置对冷的空气的加热使使用锅炉产生的余热进行热交换实现,无需额外使用能源,进一步节约能源,降低生产成本。

参阅图1所示,本实用新型揭示的一种蒸汽锅炉进气预热节能系统,在锅炉1上设置余热管道11将余热输出,在余热管道11上安装进风预热装置2,进风预热装置2上设置进风口21与出风口22,进风口21与大气相通,而出风口22与锅炉1进风口相通。
本实施例中,进风预热装置2为一腔体,腔体套在余热管道11上。 冷的空气由进风口21进入腔体中,与余热管道11进行热交换,使冷的空气转变为热的空气,由出风口22输送至锅炉1中,节约能源。
本实用新型还包括加热装置3,加热装置3与余热管道11连接,余热管道11将热气输送至加热装置3。加热装置3通常为烘干器或者散热器,也可以为其它。
本实用新型还包括用汽装置4,锅炉1通过管道与用汽装置4连接,锅炉1将蒸汽输送至用汽装置4。用汽装置4通常为蒸汽烘干器,也可以为其它。
本实用新型锅炉1产生的蒸汽通过管道输送至用汽装置4,而锅炉1的余热通过余热管道11输送至加热装置3,冷的空气从进风口21进入腔体中,与余热管道11进行热交换,热交换后的热的空气通过出风口22输送至锅炉1中,从而节约能源,节省生产成本。

3.如权利要求1所述的一种蒸汽锅炉进气预热节能系统,其特征在于:还包括加热装置,加热装置与余热管道连接,余热管道将热气输送至加热装置。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种蒸汽锅炉进气预热节能系统,其特征在于:还包括用汽装置,锅炉通过管道与用汽装置连接,锅炉将蒸汽输送至用汽装置。
