Abstract

一种安全勾扣的构造,由一本体、枢栓、扭力弹簧、作动体、弹簧圈及弹片所构成,本体呈C形状,并在上、下端分别凹口、穿孔;而在枢栓系在上、下两端各有一呈横向的贯穿孔,且在上端贯穿孔与栓身相邻的栓身位置设有一凹孔、以供扭力弹簧在穿套入枢栓的栓身后以其向内的端脚来穿置于其凹孔中做限定位,另在作动体中的内部空间系提供放置弹片、弹簧圈、扭力弹簧及枢栓,并在外表的上、下方一侧分别制有侧开口,在沿着上方侧开口下方的突壁面上设有一呈直条状的凹槽,以供扭力弹簧另一端向下的端脚置于内部空间的凹槽中限定位,之后再由两定位销分别使之结合在本体中为一体,以供扳动操作使用;如此以达到具快速组装的功效之外,并得以确保整体的组件足以承受重力下拉的受力而不致产生断裂。

Description

安全勾扣的构造
技术领域
本实用新型一种安全勾扣的构造,系由一作动体在容置弹片、弹簧圈、扭力弹簧及枢栓时,扭力弹簧向内的端脚系置于枢栓的凹孔中,另一向下的端脚则置于作动体的内部空间的凹槽中限定位,之后再由两定位销分别结合在本体中为一体供扳动操作使用;以除了达到具快速组装的功效之外,并确保整体的组件足以承受重力下拉的受力而不致产生断裂。 
背景技术
按,一般安全勾扣的组合(如图1、1A)由一本体A、枢栓B、扭力弹簧C、作动体D、弹簧圈E及弹片F所构成,其中本体A呈C形状,并在上端制有一凹口A1,而在下端则制有一穿孔A2;而在枢栓B在上、下两端各有一呈横向的贯穿孔B1,且在栓身B2的中间段落有一凸起的突环B3,突环B3一旁再有一凹孔B4,以扭力弹簧C向内的突端C1得以置于凹孔B4定位住;之后枢栓B暨扭力弹簧C得再搭配弹簧圈E及弹片F的容放在作动体D的内部空间D1后,再由两定位销G分别使之结合在本体A上、下两端的穿孔A2及凹口A1中为一体(如图2),以供扳动操作使用;然而,在作动体D外表的上、下一侧分别制有侧开口D2,且在上方的侧开口D2再设有一剖槽D3,以供扭力弹簧C向外突伸的突端C1得以置于剖槽D3中定位(如图2);当整个扣具在受重力下拉时,却容易由剖槽D3底端产生断裂情形(如图3),如此一来则显见出整个扣具所能承受的受力不足。 
因此,申请人是开发出本实用新型内容,并提出申请。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种安全勾扣的构造,其结构简单,能快速组装,并确保整体的组件足以承受重力下拉的受力而不致产生断裂。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型公开了一种安全勾扣的构造,由一本体、枢栓、扭力弹簧、作动体、弹簧圈及弹片所构成,所述本体呈C形状,并在所述本体上、下端分别设有凹口和穿孔;而在所述枢栓上、下两端各有一呈横向的贯穿孔,且在所述枢栓上端的贯穿孔与栓身相邻的栓身位置设有一供扭力弹簧在穿套入枢栓的栓身后以其向内的端脚来穿置于其中做限定位的凹孔,另在所述作动体中的内 部空间放置弹片、弹簧圈、扭力弹簧及枢栓,并在所述作动体外表的上、下方一侧分别制有侧开口以由两定位销分别使之结合在本体中为一体来供扳动操作使用;其特征在于:所述作动体沿着上方侧开口下方的内部空间的突壁面上设有一呈直条状的以供扭力弹簧另一端向下的端脚置于其中形成限定位的凹槽。 
还公开了一种安全勾扣的构造,由一本体、枢栓、扭力弹簧、作动体、弹簧圈及弹片所构成,所述本体呈C形状,并在所述本体上、下端分别设有凹口和穿孔;而在所述枢栓上、下两端各有一呈横向的贯穿孔,且在所述枢栓上端的贯穿孔与栓身相邻的栓身位置设有一供扭力弹簧在穿套入枢栓的栓身后以其向内的端脚来穿置于其中做限定位的凹孔,另在所述作动体中的内部空间放置弹片、弹簧圈、扭力弹簧及枢栓,并在所述作动体外表的上、下方一侧分别制有侧开口以由两定位销分别使之结合在本体中为一体来供扳动操作使用;其特征在于:在作动体上方侧开口的内部空间内壁设有一呈条状凹陷的以供扭力弹簧另一端向下的端脚置于其中形成限定位的凹槽。 
通过上述结构,本实用新型由于作动体中的凹槽由突壁面包围,乃使具有足够的支撑性,并使得整体组件具有足够的支撑作用、来承受重力的下拉时而不致产生断裂;同时提供具快速组装的功能;另外,作动体上方侧开口内壁的凹槽同样达到具快速组装的功效,并确保整体的组件足以承受重力下拉的受力而不致产生断裂。

具体实施方式
首先,敬请配合参阅图4的详细说明所示:本实用新型一种安全勾扣的构造,由一本体1、枢栓2、扭力弹簧3、弹簧圈4、弹片5及作动体6所构成,本体1呈C形状,并在上、下端分别凹口11、穿孔12;而在枢栓2在上、下两端各有一呈横向的贯穿孔21,且在上端贯穿孔21与栓身22相邻的栓身22位置设有一凹孔23、以供扭力弹簧3在穿套入枢栓2的栓身22后以其向内的端脚31来穿置于其凹孔23中做限定位,另在作动体6中的内部空间61提供放置弹片5、弹簧圈4、扭力弹簧3及枢栓2,并在外表的上、下方一侧分别制有侧开口62(参见图4A),在沿着上方侧开口62下方内部空间61的突壁面63上设有一呈直条状的凹槽64,以供扭力弹簧3另一端向下的端脚32置于内部空间61的凹槽64中限定位,之后再由两定位销7分别使之结合在本体1中为一体(如图5、5A、6),以供扳动操作使用。 
如此一来,由于作动体6中的凹槽64乃为内部空间61的突壁面63包围住,乃使具有足够的支撑性,并使得整体组件具有足够的支撑作用、来承受重力的下拉时而不致产生断裂;同时提供具快速组装的功效。 
另者,亦可在作动体6的上方侧开口62内壁设有一呈条状凹陷的凹槽65(如图7、7A),以同样地供扭力弹簧3另一端向下的端脚32置于其凹槽65中形成限定位(如图8、8A、8B、9),以除了达到具快速组装的功效之外,并确保整体的组件足以承受重力下拉的受力而不致产生断裂。 
综上所陈,本实用新型确实具有以上所述的功效发挥,当符合新型专利第九十三条的成立要件,恳请钧局明鉴,惠予授准合法的专利权成立,至感德便。

1.一种安全勾扣的构造,由一本体、枢栓、扭力弹簧、作动体、弹簧圈及弹片所构成,所述本体呈C形状,并在所述本体上、下端分别设有凹口和穿孔;而在所述枢栓上、下两端各有一呈横向的贯穿孔,且在所述枢栓上端的贯穿孔与栓身相邻的栓身位置设有一供扭力弹簧在穿套入枢栓的栓身后以其向内的端脚来穿置于其中做限定位的凹孔,另在所述作动体中的内部空间放置弹片、弹簧圈、扭力弹簧及枢栓,并在所述作动体外表的上、下方一侧分别制有侧开口以由两定位销分别使之结合在本体中为一体来供扳动操作使用;其特征在于:所述作动体沿着上方侧开口下方的内部空间的突壁面上设有一呈直条状的以供扭力弹簧另一端向下的端脚置于其中形成限定位的凹槽。
