本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是：首先清雪铲连接在专用车辆上，清雪铲和铲刃固定衬板连接，铲刃基板用螺丝固定在铲刃固定衬板上，陶瓷块用胶固定在铲刃基板上。清雪铲在清雪作业时，陶瓷块非常抗磨并且用胶固定在铲刃基板上，所以这种陶瓷复合铲刃即抗磨又抗冲击，从而减少了一定的清雪成本和作业人员更换铲刃的劳动强度。
