一种包皮环切吻合装置，它包括龟头保护罩、弹力固定圈和固定钳，其特征在于龟头保护罩为一端开口的半椭圆形空腔结构，龟头保护罩的罩顶连有罩杆，龟头保护罩的罩沿外侧设有环槽，位于龟头保护罩的环槽外围设有弹力固定圈和固定钳；本实用新型使得包皮环切吻合手术非常安全快捷、术口完全符合正常生理解剖结构及外观形态、手术时龟头保护罩对龟头达到完全保护，术中近端没有出血，术中术后不产生血肿、无明显肿胀和疼痛，不影响一般非活动量大的工作、不必特殊护理、不必拆线、所以无需二次返院，术口平整美观、愈合最快，完全达到美容手术的效果。手术极易掌握，能在各级医院进行推广使用，手术完全能够做到标准化进行。

本实用新型涉及一种包皮环切吻合装置。 
背景技术
据统计，我国男性包皮过长和包茎发生率为48.97%和6.78%左右，若从健康要求的角度考虑，则有90%以上的男性需要行包皮环切手术，而在我国接受过皮环切手术的男性还不足5%，可见包皮环切手术市场潜力非常之大。 
现有包皮手术主要为以下3种：（1）传统包皮环切手术，即利用一般的手术器械切除过长之包皮，用缝合线将术口进行缝合。这种手术费时，出血多，术后痛苦，术口最不平整，难以标准化进行手术，目前已基本淘汰；（2）借助各种卡环对过长之包皮进行长时间卡压，造成卡压部位缺血坏死而脱落的自截“手术”。这种手术解决了手术费时问题，手术也可以标准化进行，但术后出现病人难以承受的肿痛，术口愈合最慢，术口裂开机率高，也已渐渐退出临床；（3）利用包皮环切缝合器对过长之包皮进行一次性切割和缝合。这种手术基本对前两种手术进行了扬长避短，但手术医生使用的熟练程度对术中切割缝合是否完美和术后是否出现继发性出血有比较明显的影响。另外还有一些在手术过程中，利用电刀或激光代替手术刀，最终还是用缝合线进行术口缝合，（严格来讲这不能另立为一种手术方式），这种做法多数在私立医院作为炒作噱头在使用，手术费时间、费精力，掌握不好也会有烧伤，术后大多还是需要进行缝合。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种包皮环切吻合装置，它具有操作使用方便和术口平整美观、愈合最快的优点。 
本实用新型是这样来实现的，它包括龟头保护罩、弹力固定圈和固定钳，其特征在于龟头保护罩为一端开口的半椭圆形空腔结构，龟头保护罩的罩顶连有罩杆，龟头保护罩的罩沿外侧设有环槽，位于龟头保护罩的环槽外围设有弹力固定圈和固定钳。 
本实用新型的技术效果是：本实用新型使得包皮环切吻合手术非常安全快捷、术口完全符合正常生理解剖结构及外观形态、手术时龟 头保护罩对龟头达到完全保护，术中近端没有出血，术中术后不产生血肿、无明显肿胀和疼痛，不影响一般非活动量大的工作、不必特殊护理、不必拆线、所以无需二次返院，术口平整美观、愈合最快，完全达到美容手术的效果。手术极易掌握，能在各级医院进行推广使用，手术完全能够做到标准化进行。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本实用新型做进一步阐述， 
如图1和图2所示，龟头保护罩3的结构是罩沿外侧为环形槽，罩沿与罩体成垂直或斜形结构，即罩-沿夹角a为0-60度，罩顶有一罩杆。除了能单独使用外，也能达到其它辅助部件下的配合使用；弹力固定圈2和固定钳1：它们可配合龟头保护罩3的环槽，能将包皮形成卡压固定在龟头保护罩3的环槽上，除了能单独使用外，也能达到其它辅助部件下的配合使用。 
本实用新型实现方式是：手术时将龟头保护罩3罩在龟头上，包皮包在龟头保护罩3外并固定在罩杆上，调整好要切割的位置，利用弹力固定圈2或固定钳1将包皮固定在龟头保护罩3的环槽上，如图3所示，用辅助部件（如刀片、剪刀、或其它为本实用新型配合设计好的可剪切的辅助工具）将多余包皮去除，用医用胶进行术口粘合，松开弹力固定圈2和固定钳1，撤出龟头保护罩3，妥善包扎术口。
