技术领域
本实用新型涉及输电系统智能监测领域,尤其是一种新型配变智能监控与管理系统。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和社会的进步,人们对电的依赖性越来越强,电力负荷呈高速增长,对配电网络安全可靠运行也提出更高要求。变压器的电流超过其额定电流时,将使绕组过热,轻则影响其使用寿命,重则烧坏变压器。根据绝缘材料热劣化“6℃准则”,超过温度限额后,绝缘材料的老化速度会大大加快,温度每增加6℃,其老化速度增加1倍。所以变压器内部温度过高,会大幅度减少绝缘材料的使用寿命,进而造成变压器绕组的放电击穿、短路等故障。
目前针对配电变压器的监控产品,主要对配电变压器的负荷情况进行监测,少数产品对配电变压器的顶油温度进行监测,无法实现配电变压器的绕组温度的监测,不能有效的对配电变压器的运行状况作出正确的判断。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型旨在提供一种新型配变智能监控与管理系统。
为实现该技术目的,本实用新型的方案是:一种新型配变智能监控与管理系统,包括配变智能监控终端、前置机、数据服务器,所述配变智能监控终端位于配电变压器控制箱里,所述前置机与配变智能监控终端连接,所述数据服务器与前置机连接。
作为优选,所述配变智能监控终端有1个,实时监测配电变压器的三相交流参数、环境温度和顶油温度,通过配电变压器的热路模型算法计算配电变压器的绕组温度。当绕组温度超过系统设定的报警阈值,配变智能监控终端发出报警信息,提示运行部门及时处理,防止变压器烧毁。
作为优选,所述前置机有1个,通过网络的方式获取配变智能监控终端的监测数据,将数据分析处理后,存储到数据服务器,在数据服务器上建立MySQL数据库,用于监测数据的存储,同时建立WEB服务器,通过WEB方式发布监测数据。

如图1所示,本实用新型实施例的一种新型配变智能监控与管理系统,包括配变智能监控终端1、前置机2、数据服务器3,所述配变智能监控终端1位于配电变压器控制箱里,所述前置机2与配变智能监控终端1连接,所述数据服务器3与前置机2连接。
作为优选,所述配变智能监控终端1有1个,实时监测配电变压器的三相交流参数、环境温度和顶油温度,通过配电变压器的热路模型算法计算配电变压器的绕组温度。当绕组温度超过系统设定的报警阈值,配变智能监控终端发出报警信息,提示运行部门及时处理,防止变压器烧毁。
